khan came in, told us the problem, and the quote will be deducted on the final price, he not only fixed the problem but told us advice to help care for it, that most dont do, including us. it was a very fair price, and communication was immediate, they gave me a receipt with all the details neeeded, and was right there for e transfer. very positive experience

The nightmare with this company started on April 19 , 2020 when my wife called them and asked them if they were doing service calls during the current COVID-19 crisis. They said yes , the service charge was $75.00 , and that the service charge would be deducted from the cost of the repair should we have the repair done by them. As such we agreed to have them come and look at our LG Washer that was leaking. The Technician should up on time and when he entered our house he put on coverings over his shoes and followed me to where the Washer is located. He took off the back of the Washer , let the machine partially fill with water , than drained it. The drain hose was leaking. To this point no complaints on what had been done by the Technician. He told me he would call me the next day and let me know if he could locate a new drain hose for the Washer. He than asked for the $75.00 payment for the service call , and recommended I pay cash , which I did. I asked for a receipt and got one , but the receipt did not have the Technician's name on it. I did not here from him the next day , so I called him. He told me he would get back to me with the price of the part and labor. He called my wife instead and said $129.00 for the drain hose , including the hose and labor the cost would be $249.00 plus tax. My wife asked him if the $249.00 was before the $75.00 that we already paid was deducted. He screamed at my wife , , told her go someplace else , and good luck getting the part , was rude and hung up. The next day I called the Mississauga Office , and spoke to the man who answered the phone , but he also did not identify himself. I told him about how rude his Technician was , and that he was price gouging by charging $129.00 for a part that cost just over $41.00 , and that the charge of a additional $116.00 plus the $75.00 I already paid for labor was price gouging. He said he would talk to the Technician and call me back , he never did. So the next day I called the office again , a woman answered , and again she did not give her name. I told her what had happened to that point, she said she would NOT look into the price that the Technician quoted as that was up to them. So now I'm forced to take further action such as writing this review. The company should at the very least refund me the $75.00 that I paid for the service charge as they hung up on my wife when she asked for clarification on how they arrived at the price they were going to charge me , a total of $320.00 plus tax to replace and supply a $41.00 drain hose. The back of my Washer is now missing a screw , another screw is stripped and the Technician broke a plastic part near the bottom of the machine that helps to hold the drain hose in place. No wonder none of these people who work for this company give their names , as would would be ashamed to give my name if I had the same moral values and lack of honesty and integrity as they do. This company owes me $75.00 , 2 screws for the back of my washer and the plastic piece that helps to hold the hose near the bottom of the machine. I SUGGEST TO ALL THAT READ THIS REVIEW, NEVER, NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE FOR ANY REASON. If you do you will regret it , and you will pay for it. Legitimate companies wear uniforms when they come to your house , or at the very least wear clearly visible photo ID with their name , and people that answer phones at legitimate companies at the very least provide their first names.

they came very fast and as they promise my fridge was repair within 2 hours of my call great service highly recommended thank you very much for those days that not so easy to get proper service .

Great experience, ray was on time, they fixed my problem with no issues. very good service, happy to recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repaired they fast and the good thing about them they do same day service and repaired .

The guy name Greg came to fix our dryer on Sept 17th it was working then but the air was not going out. He said we need to have duct cleaning. The door of the dryer would open while we were drying the clothes. So he checked the part in the front it took him 10 min and charged us $209.05. He said once you have duct cleaning it would be ok. We called the duct cleaning company they said everything is ok from outside then he saw that Greg did not attach the dryer vent. I called the company talked to Ben they want us to pay $70 more for them to come and check. We did not use the dryer from Sept 17th till today Sept 24th. They screw up things and then they want us to pay more money to come in the house to fix it. They are not trustworthy, do not let them come in the house. They purposely broke something so they can make more money from us.

as the home owner of unit at toronto area i called that company on sunday around noon time to get service for my tenant fridge , the service was professional and fast and with that summer time they make my day even if its sunday thete in no extra cost for weekend and the fridge was fixed 3 hours after i make the first call to that company so they deserve best review and i will recommend to use them for all my friends and family all over toronto area , thank you very much same day appliance service as they promise .

what an amazing service from that company as they promise the fridge was repair with in 3 hours from my call and i was thinking that i will need new fridge thank you thank you for your service

Originally submitted a negative review due to what I considered an unfair cost for a few minutes work. Faith restored in ethics of company. Received call from Ray (the tech who performed the repair) who explained the way the industry works. My apologies to both Ray and the company. The work was done promptly and satisfactorily (within hours of calling) - as a senior, I obviously have to get used to the cost of doing business today.

Called this company as I needed my Bosch dishwasher repaired quickly. Technician fixed it - but a month later the same problem returned. Same error code, same issue. I called to their "customer service" desk and they refused to stand behind the work. Claimed this is a different issue and outside the 30-day warranty period. I will not call them again and would never recommend them to anybody.

The technician assessed that our washer needed a new pump and then quoted a replacement cost of $475. When I followed up to have the pump replaced the technician is the same person who answered the phone and not customer service and he was angry that I was asking for the work to be completed.

Then he said he’d order the part. I had to follow up a week later and his response was that the part was no longer available! When I asked what the exact part number was that he was referring to because I know he never took down our model number or any other information about the washer in order to arrive at that conclusion. His answer was that the distributor just said that the part wasn’t able.
He then got rude with me when I tried to understand how it was there was no part information in the email from distributor then he started becoming more and more rude and just hung up the phone then also blocked me!

I believe this company is a totally unethical practice. I believe they simply come in and do a service call with no intention of ever fulfilling any actual service work.
I have never had this kind of experience before with other technicians. It’s a pity that it was an emergency to get the washer fixed so I didn’t wait for cobrrcyors that usually work in our building and come recommended.
