Thanks to Steve from Reliance Home Comfort for his punctuality, professionalism and excellent customer service when he assessed and resolved a power issue affecting my water tank on Mar. 4/19.

The temperature in my refrigerator unexpectedly went from 3 degrees Celsius to 13-15 degrees and remained that way no matter what I tried. My wife found Rick on HomeStars, so I called him the following morning and he was able to identify the cause as soon as I explained the problem in detail. He came over a few hours later and was well prepared with a replacement system board in hand. All in all, my fridge was back up and running in less than 24 hours and we couldn't be happier with Rick's prompt and very professional service! We'll gladly recommend him to anyone that encounters a sudden issue with their appliances!

We've been sleeping on the king sized chiro-firm for a week now and can truly say that we've never had a better night's sleep. Andy is very pleasant to work with and gave us plenty of time to try out every model in his showroom and also walked us through the manufacturing process in his factory. The buying experience is the total opposite from the typical department store setting because there was no pressure to decide on the spot and his vast knowledge helped us make the best decision. We'll gladly recommend Andy to our family and friends and look forward to doing business with him again in the future.

Before we took delivery of our new home, we were told by the builder that the ducts were cleaned and no additional cleaning would be necessary. We were certain that it was a rushed job because we could see that almost all of the vents were still dirty and the air quality throughout the home made it difficult to take a deep breath. We're glad that we discovered Paul on HomeStars because the quality of his work and his professionalism are outstanding. He was very thorough from the bedrooms to the basement and the finished results were beyond our expectations. We look forward to doing business with Paul again in the future and we've already recommended him to our family and friends.
