They're professional and quick and most of the time we don't even notice they're there! Would highly recommend them to family or friends but hate getting those non-recyclable signs on our lawn!
I couldn't get out to the store so I had to purchase directly on the phone. The phone call took less than 15 minutes and the fridge was delivered 2 days later during the three hour window they gave us. Also had better deals than some other big box companies. Only problem is that the hinge is one the wrong side! I didn't realize this until today because I wasn't home when they delivered it but hopefully they rectify this problem asap

I've actually had pretty decent service with these guys. There are only 2 major complaints I have - 1. We have low system batteries CONSTANLY. I feel like every other day I'm replacing my batteries and hearing that stupid woman. The other issue I had was regarding price. It's quite a lot more expensive when you don't have a home phone line and these days everyone is getting rid of home phone lines. This should be assessed and perhaps worked out in the future. Otherwise the customer service has been pretty good for a larger company.
Great job with downstairs blinds. Very professional and took the time to answer all our questions and help make the right choice. Unfortunately there was a ripple in the first upstairs blinds we got so it had to go back to the manufacturer. All has been fixed and the blinds look great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
The deck they built us last year was/is incredible. We thought it was a bit expensive at the time but given all the positive reviews, we decided to go for it! Money well spent. They were fast, clean and the deck is absolutely beautiful. Changes the whole look of our backyard.

Seemed a bit expensive but they did a really good job. They were clean and very fast. They couldn't find proper filters so I had to buy somewhere else which was a bit annoying. I would recommend

Really nice guy but seemed a bit pricey...work was done well but the guy who came is a bit chatty which is fine but makes the work take a bit longer than necessary. Friendly service but they dont take visa.
We got our floors done with them a few months ago....reliable service and friendly people. It took a bit longer than expected, but otherwise they look great and we would reccomend them
Re-drywalled basement, finished bathroom, fixed siding
We have used Glen on so many occasions He has helped us finish out bathroom project (a project someone else started but we had to get him to finish) His services were a great value fro the money (he broke down the costs of everything along with receipts.) He is always quite frank and honest about different options available, and the biggest and most recent job he did turned out great!
Nice guy (sends us Christmas cards). Fixed the sink and didn't charge us a crazy amount. Was efficient, tidy, and capable. We also had him do some minor repairs on our sink which worked out well.
