Mike the plumber 4 u

Fullerton has done a number of jobs at my home over the past few years, including my recent kitchen renovation. He is a skilled plumber, and honestly, just a great person. It's so refreshing to meet someone who enjoys what they do, and he has fixed some tricky situations for me in my 100-year old house. If you are looking for a professional, reliable plumber who shows up on time, is thoughtful about costing of your project, and does excellent work -- you need Fullerton! 10/10

It was my very first time of using Mike the Plumber 4 U to replace my Delta shower faucet cartridge. I was trying to do it myself, but the cartridge was very stubbornly stuck after a long time of wiggling. So I finally caved in to call for help.
I was so lucky to have Fullerton for the service call. He came in within the promised time slot. He was so knowledgeable and helpful to replace the cartridge on the spot. He even made sure he had done the cleanup in the work area before he left.
No surprises on the charge for the work. I will call them again if there is a need for plumbing work in the future.

My apaetment had a bathtub facuet excessive water leak. Emailed Mike and got his response on the next working day. All communication was through email as if he was talking to you live. He went to my apartment to diagnose the problem 2 days after and gave me a quote right away. The price was reasonable. Facuet was fixed on the same day with professional workmanship .

I have used 5 of 6 times various jobs installing toilets , radiators ,drains etc. Very fast service cheerful came immediately to take care of a frozen pipe Reasonable prices . Recommended to friends

Out of nowhere with no warning, water spewing from toilet's water connector hose. Shut off house water supply to minimize flooding. Late Saturday afternoon what plumber is going to be available and at what ridiculous price??
Anthony answered my phonecall and upfront explained when he could be at my house and how much a service call would cost.
Literally 60min later he was at my house; 30min later had the problem identified and rectified. I paid the exact fees that he had quoted me upfront, with NO surcharge for emergency or weekend service.
I found Anthony to be a reputable, reliable and professional plumber...highly recommended.

Woke up to frozen pipes, both hot and cold. Took the usual action to thaw them but it didn't work. Called Mike the Plumber and didn't expect them to come soon since the news was full of people with frozen pipes. They said they would come between one and three and a half hours. The fellow on the phone quoted me the base price without tax of $260.

Anthony and Terrance, two super polite guys, arrived in one and a half hours. They laid down a tarp on our rugs and hooked up the pipe heater machine they brought (puts a current on the pipe to heat it up). But because the pipes were on two floors they couldn't get the section they wanted very well. So, they headed out and got more cabling and were back in 30 minutes. It took about 15 minutes and the water was all running again.

There was an extra charge due to longer cabling and additional time. The guys were apologetic about this but it was expected and understandable.

I would recommend these guys... ask for Anthony and/or Terrance.

I called Mike the Plumber 4 u for emergency clog drain when two other companies could not come out that night even when they offered emergency services. Mike was very friendly and explained what was causing the clog drain and his price was more affordable than the quote the other two company that I called. Not only Mike provide an excellent job well done, he was quick on his job and also cleaned up after the job was completed. I am a very satisfied customer and will deal with this company if needed again.

While the company provided what seems to be good work, they were extremely dishonest about the price. I asked for the total cost to change our toilet. I was told $149 firm. Upon completion of the job, there were several additional costs added on, which were not disclosed to us over the phone. We were charged almost $100 more than the estimate that we were given. Extremely disappointing experience, would absolutely not recommend. When we discussed the matter with the plumber we were told that we should ask about the additional charges involved...however, we inquired about additional charges, including necessary parts which they noted we did not need to supply.

I had a pinhole leak in my hot water line and after calling a few places and receiving ridiculous quotes, I was fortunate enough to come across these guys! Anthony was professional and pleasant to deal with. He didn't play games and was upfront and honest about everything. I ended up paying less than half of what the other guys were trying to sell me. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone that has plumbing needs (emergency or otherwise). Thanks again Anthony!

On September 27th, my basement toilet and shower drain began backing up. I tried everything I could to clear the blockage from using a liquid plumber (Draino) to a 25ft auger (snake) and nothing would work. I then gave these guys a call and Anthony came by and got it done once again! He had to snake 45-50 feet to clear the blockage but in the end, it was fixed... I hope I don't have any other issues for a long time but if I do, I'm coming right back to these guys....Thanks again Anthony!

We just had a visit from Anthony from Mike the plumber. He was amazing. Came on time. Showed us the problem. Told us we could easily fix it ourselves, showed us how and would not take any money from us. This, even though he arrived early Saturday morning for the job. This is the second time we have used Mike the Plumber 4U and our last experience was also fabulous. I would recommend him to anyone. Howard in Toronto
