All my interactions with Precision were profession and friendly. The installation was done well and the site cleaned up at the end. I am so happy with my new gutters. Highly recommend this company!

With a busy year and my late planning for a roof replacement it ended up being November and early December before Penfolds could get the work done. I was anxious about doing the work during the rainy season but Penfolds got it done. The installers were professional, responsive and got it done as the rains let up over a couple weeks. I'm very happy with my new roof!

I called the Gutter Doctor and they came out the next day and cleaned my roof and gutters and repaired the leaking gutters. Great service. Great response. Great price. I searched many different stores until I found the right lights at Pine Lighting. They were very helpful and I got a great price. The lights were backordered by the manufacturer and the staff at Pine Lighting kept me informed regularly over the two months it took to get them.

Then set traps and three follow ups to clear them. Each time they were professional, courteous and showed up on time. Very pleasant experience considering what I was dealing with.

We had Telus install Optik tv in our house. Installer Courtney was excellent. She called on the install day prior to arriving at our home to let us know that she was on her way. Very punctual. She spent 4 hours rewiring our house for the Internet service and getting us set up. Everything went perfect.

We had this company service our old furnace and were very pleased with the service. When our old furnance died we went with this company to get a new one installed. They managed to fit us in fairly quickly and promised that it would be a two day job.The salesman was great but the install dragged out to three days. By this point we had been without heat for a week. We were unhappy with the installer's lack of urgency to get our heat back on in the wintertime.

They performed an energy audit on our house and identified a few areas that we could improve our energy efficiency. We completed some upgrades and they will also be submitting our paperwork to the Provincial and Federal govts to help us claim grants. The inspector was very professional, showed up at the time scheduled, explained his recommendations and provided us with a full written report within days of his inspection. Great experience.

This company was excellent. What a refreshingly nice experience to have a contractor return my calls, provide a reasonable estimate, show up on time on the date promised and complete the job quickly and clean up after themselves. They were just wonderful!
