I called them to inspect my crawl space after I heard scratching noises down there. They showed up on time to inspect and recommend a plan to deal with the rodents. Then set traps and three follow ups to clear them. Each time they were professional, courteous and showed up on time. Very pleasant experience considering what I was dealing with.
