The Service Technician, Jordon, did an excellent job. He was very friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I requested Gandy for a quote for a tankless water heater system and a central AC and heat pump system. The technician (I won't say his name), came by and took a look at my place. It felt a bit of a rush throughout the process but I didn't get any impression that they were not interested in taking on not one, but 2 big projects. The technician told me he'll provide a quote by the weekend (he came on a Tuesday). The following Monday, I still did not receive any quote. I emailed the technician and he never replied to me. My only assumption is they are too busy and not interested in the projects. At the very least, they can politely decline the projects. To not get any response at all does not leave me with a pleasant experience. Will not use them in the future.

We had to find a reputable residential HVAC company in July just after the heat dome hit Southern BC, and before the next heat wave as our AC finally packed it in after 20 years. This was no easy task as all the HVAC companies were slammed because of the extreme hot summer temperatures we have been having. I took to the internet to do my research to see what reviews were out there for this type of company. Gandy Installations kept coming out on top as far as reviews, over and over!!! We finally ended up receiving quotes from six different companies, including Gandy. After we weighed out all our options we decided to go with Gandy, and we’re so glad we did. When Richard came out to take measurements and finalize our quote, he went through everything step by step to ensure we were well informed with the process and was very pleasant and informative. Our installers came out to do the installation of the AC and furnace a couple weeks later. Jason & Glen (our installers) were extremely respectful, professional and knowledgeable. They also explained the process step by step as they went and answered any questions we had. It was a very long day for them, but they were on their ‘A’ game the entire time. We referred to them as the ‘A Team’ as we couldn’t have asked for any better. We are so glad we chose Gandy. We would highly recommend Gandy to anyone looking for an honest, dependable and quality HVAC company. A job that exceeded our expectations every step of they way… A job extremely well-done Gandy!!!

Had an issue with my heatpump. Called Gandy and they arranged to get someone out the next day. After repair still had an issue so they came back the next day and found another issue great. This still didn't fix it so the 3 time the top tech came out found the third issue no charge. A/C now perfect and hats off to Gandy for working with me too resolve the issue.. Great peaple and would recommend any time any day. 5 stars

I chose Gandy to replace my storage tank with a tankless water heater. They were not the cheapest, but Rob was the most knowledgeable and realistic among the bids I got. It also helps that they're well reviewed online.

The only legwork I had to do was schedule Fortis to come upgrade the gas meter during the same time that Gandy would be on site. Both Fortis and Gandy were on time, and the installation went well. It took about as long as they said it would (6-8 hours). There was no hours-long water shutoff either - the house had cold water for virtually the entire time which is nice since you can still flush toilets, wash your hands, etc. That's nice because my wife and I worked from home during this time.

The work area was clean when they left. Perhaps even cleaner than when they arrived..

Their quote included parts and labor, and there turned out to be unexpected expenses which they did not charge extra for:
- they replaced an defective gas regulator
- the gas line for the furnace had to be re-routed to accommodate the tankless water heater

Their invoice included all the right information for me to claim the $1000 rebate from Fortis.

Gandy service technician (Braden) was courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. Our furnace servicing required an unusual part, and Braden was busy networking to find it for us. He drove an hour round trip to pick up the part so that our servicing could be finished in one day, rather than having us reschedule another appointment. Much appreciated. Great service above and beyond.

We had a wonderful service tech ! Brhoderic was polite , efficient, friendly and highly skilled. He answered any questions I had and did a thorough job servicing our heating/cooling system. He arrived on time and completed the task efficiently while paying attention to every detail.

I had bad luck with my brand new tankless gas water heater. It keeps sending error messages and needs to be reset again and again. Sometimes I had to reset three times for my kids to take a shower. Anyway, the previous technician came in and removed everything, but he said it might take quite a few days to replace the machine. Taking into consideration that I can't live without hot water, especially when you have kids at school who has PE almost everyday, he recommended me to contact Gandy. I called them this Tuesday, but I was told that the service had been fully booked until November. After explaining my struggling situation, Matt(I hope I didn't spell his name wrong) arranged for a technician coming on the same day for consulting and another technician coming Wednesday morning for installation. So I ended up by only one night without hot water. It's greatly appreciated that Gandy responded so quickly and all of their technicians are very friendly. Thank you so much, Gandy! I would definitely recommend this company.

The service technician Ben D. of Gandy Installations did a fine job of the recent servicing of our furnace. We have used Gandy Installations for many years and have been quite satisfied with their work.
