I have nothing but compliments for all involved for what started as a simple service call that ended in having of a new furnace (a purchase I was not looking forward to making so soon after purchasing our house) installed two days later. It all started with Jaimie, the service technician, a very professional, knowledgeable person who takes pride in his work. Since the problem had partly resolved itself on that day, he offered to verify the few areas known to cause problems on that type of furnace. All servicemen who came to our house in the past several years were excellent but Jaimie surpasses all of them by a substantial margin. That furnace should not have passed its first and second inspections but somehow did! We could have all died of carbon monoxide poisoning last winter and would have been in more trouble come this winter had he not been so thorough; he basically saved our lives. The consultant he contacted on our behalf was also exceptional; he took the time of inspecting and explaining everything- proof is the contract was signed immediately. The installers were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. These two even provided information useful for my son who will start his gas technician level 3 and 2 soon. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you.

In Sept. 2013 18 windows were ordered through R Doors's owner, Rafal, dealer for the manufacturer while the entrance doors were ordered in November, In Nov. 17 windows were installed + an understanding that a temporary window would be used to replace the missing one, It took 6 months to finally get a privacy glass in one window, 8 months later I still have a temporary window and the entrance doors for which I paid $4,500 are nowhere in sight. Rafal is still blaming the manufacturer while I have received confirmation no order has ever been submitted by the dealer..

I am happy to recognize Pesticon as we were amazed at the service and support received from Shakeel. He & his associate made multiple visits to reassure us and ensure the animals had disappeared for good, All was done promptly with a smile, in a professional, courteous and patient manner plus a 1yr warranty. Wished the prior owner had called them instead of a roofer (we own since December only!)

Once more, Anthony Petrauslus came to our rescue and thanks to God gor having given him an extra abundance of patience and professionalism!) My husband attempted to unclog the pedestal sink and, in the process, disassembled the pipe; it could not be reassembled correctly. I refused the offer for an estimate as, first, I had previously dealt with Anthony and trusted him to provide a fair cost and, secondly, it had to be done by a professional as neither my husband nor I were plumbers. At first glance, it appeared as easy work - Anthony hooked the pipe, sealing it appropriately; result = still clogged. Two more attempts using the snake (interrupted by testings, assembling + reassembling); still clogged. Anthony tried the "old fashioned method" before removing the sink (siliconed in by the contractor instead of using bolts + overtightned of the pipe had caused it to snap and was another source of leak ), no success. Anthony decides to try again with the snake as removing the sink would have done serious damages and he had no intention of leaving us in such a situation. Two more attempts and IT WORKED! He had worked so hard and long, I was expecting a minimum cost of $700-$800; not at all, it was $320 + tax. Anthony takes pride in his work and it shows; Mr Rooter could not have a better representative! I am so happy I had signed up for the Advantage Plan.

Not only was Anthony Petrauskus competent, he is also very personable; he corresponds exactly to the corporate model Mr Rooter has established for its representatives. I had used the Mr Rooter's services in the past with satisfaction but Anthony provided the reassurance I needed to join the Customer Advantage program He quickly found the problem, resolved it, explained a preventive maintenance I could easily do if I wanted, set up everything to prevent any mess, tested the results and cleaned everything after he completed the work (as he said: return everything to its original state). Can't ask for anything better in addition to the reassurance that my plan follows me to our next residence! Thank you Anthony and Mr Rooter franchise, you both deliver on the verbal commitments.
