Not only was Anthony Petrauskus competent, he is also very personable; he corresponds exactly to the corporate model Mr Rooter has established for its representatives. I had used the Mr Rooter's services in the past with satisfaction but Anthony provided the reassurance I needed to join the Customer Advantage program
He quickly found the problem, resolved it, explained a preventive maintenance I could easily do if I wanted, set up everything to prevent any mess, tested the results and cleaned everything after he completed the work (as he said: return everything to its original state). Can't ask for anything better in addition to the reassurance that my plan follows me to our next residence!
