Worked on fixing a complex air conditioning problem that required ordering coils and equipment from warranty of manufacturer. Mory worked very hard in installing new equipment and would come back to visit after job done to ensure final work was done

Hello John, this is the president of Cozy Comfort Plus and I have looked in personally at the claims of this case. It was explained to you several times that the manufacturer (which is not part of my company but part of the York unit that you purchased from another company) sent the replacement parts missing a piece. As you know this unit was not purchased from us but from another company. We made sure to claim the part (even though it wasn't bought from us) under warranty so you would not have to pay any extra money for parts. The manufacturer sent the part replacement with a part missing, this was totally out of our control. We have contacted them several times to expediate delivery of the missing part to no avail. This is high on our priority list and we are trying to resolve the delay with the manufacturer, Once again totally out of our control! The company that installed the unit should be the one responsible for fixing any issues but we have taken it on ourselves to handle the situation and have even sent our technicians to your house to explain the delay with the manufacturer. I am personally going over to the manufacturer today to resolve the situation and we will call you for installation of the part as soon as we get it.
False allegations of fake reviews is unwarranted and untrue! Every review posted on HomeStars is written by my satisfied customers who I have gone above and beyond to satisfy and make sure they are happy and comfortable in their homes. My company always goes above and beyond to satisfy our customers but once in a blue moon a situation like this arises which is totally out of our control! I am sorry you feel this way about the company but I will still do my best to make sure your air conditioner is fixed as soon as the manufacturer provides us with the missing part.

Owner Simon Promised me, after he took my large deposit in November 2013, to do my flooring job in December 2013. I Prepared my home for the work to be done and he told me he still had not received supplies (SUPPLIER IN TORONTO?) after waiting 3 weeks. At this point he never returned by phone calls and emails. Attempted again after the holidays in January 2014 to reach him and finally caught him on phone and he again stated he would do the job in a week. A week passes by with no job or contact from him!? Simon continued to not return my calls despite his staff always saying they gave him the messages. After several attempts to visit his store (at expense of time, cost) I was finally able to find him in early March 2014!? I asked him why he has not called me back in 2 months let alone do the work and he simply replied again " but my staff did leave you messages". , I requested my deposit back and he still insisted he could do the job for me? Outrageous abuse and attempted manipulation of a customer who had already suffered great inconvenience and expense due to this mans egregious actions.His staff finally returned my deposit but Simon did not offer me any further compensation. I have dealt with contractors for many years and I have NEVER experienced anything like this and I am shocked he can continue to do business. The one good thing that may come out of this is that I fortunately did not have to worry about his quality of work although if his work quality reflects his character, I could only imagine another nightmare! Bought some tables from Sterling and when I had some delivery concerns but the Manager was very helpful in resolving the issues. Their delivery service was fine in the end and I have received all my furninture

I feel that as a store we tried everything to satisfy this customer who's name is Peter NOT John. I really think there should be some sort of control on Homestars part . As this customer did purchase from us but did not buy $3200 worth of furniture. He purchased a single $299 coffee table. The coffee table missed our Ashley truck for Christmas and I advised Peter Glarentzos (John) that unfortunately he would have to wait until our next truck in January. At this point I offered him a full refund if he wasn't willing to wait or he could borrow a coffee table until his came in. He said that he was "ok and could wait". When the table arrived in January, I personally delivered the coffee table to his residence in the Beaches (approx. 1 hour drive). As a retail store we pride ourselves on making EVERY customer happy. I realize we can't win them all but we honestly do try our best. These kind of reviews are upsetting especially after John (Peter Glarentzos) promised to have his review removed after I delivered his coffee table. I really wish there was a Homestars where we can rate customers :)

My spouse and just renovated and we ordered living room furniture and were advised 4 weeks wait...at 4 weeks was not contacted and I had difficulty getting any help as to what was going on? After several attempts to get help and answers I was told that there was an error with one order from a distritbuter. Finally after several attempts to get some honest answers we had our furniture deliver 9 weeks later. The supervisor Lori did not acknowledge the difficulties. and inconvenience endured during this outrageously long wait. Avoid this company as they have no respect for their customers and have horrible service,,,when the manager does not care about good customer service than you know you are in trouble! Horrible experience that I am sharing with as many people as possible.
