Peter arrived at my house to provide a quote for painting my daughter's bedroom, as well as re-installing baseboards, mould removal, bathroom ceiling paint and re-caulking around the shower doors. He even came up with a creative make-shift solution to prevent water from spilling through the shower door. He provided a very reasonable quote and did an exceptional job. I appreciated his hard work, the quality of his work and how prompt he was to show up to complete the job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will call upon his services for future reno needs.

I had contacted this company to do an assessment of my furnace, due to recommendations from my home inspection. I originally found a different company through HomeStars but I did not hear back from them after about a week so I did another search and came across Climax Heating & AC. The very next day I got a call from Sam and we had someone come out to my home to complete an assessment within days. The service technician, Yones, did a cleaning and a full furnace inspection for $141. Due to the age of my furnace and how it was operating (i.e. increased chances of carbon monoxide), he recommended getting a new furnace sooner than later. Since my plan is to finish the basement this year, it just made sense to get a new furnace now as well, I agreed to move forward with a new furnace. Within the hour I was in contact with Sam to schedule a new furnace, he provided his recommendations on which furnace based on size of my house, what my needs are, and what manufacturers currently in the market offer great value. Also, by moving forward with the furnace they deducted the amount I paid for the assessment from my final cost of the new furnace. Within 2 days we had Yones and Moe install my new furnace, along with re-routing the intake valve outside. All staff I was in contact with were very professional, polite, provided great service, and were willing to take the time to educate me. Definitely a company I would recommend.

Anatoliy came to my home on a visit for a general assessment (no cost), he ran the snack camera in my pipes in the basement to check the drainage (no cost), gave me his recommendation. I hired him and his team to install a backflow valve in my basement. I believe it took them about 5-6 hours to complete, and they cleaned up afterwards. I'm very pleased with their work and efforts, and the cost was I think very reasonable and competitive.

Service was fast and job done was perfect. Don't remember the name of the person, but he replaced my backyard screen door. When he was done he left the invoice in my mailbox, and trusted that I would make the payment (which I did of course).

I had Kevin and Bronson from Captain Electric do a service/panel upgrade (to 200amp) with fire guard pro package. They were nothing less than awesome. Super friendly, very professional, on time, and their estimated time of completion was just about right on. I would recommend their service to anyone and everyone. It's not just about the perfection of their craft but also the ability to communicate, educate, and the willingness to walk me through the process and explain in simple terms. Really appreciate all the work they did. Any future jobs that I might need I won't even think twice, I have this company already on speed dial.
