When I made the call to AC Electrical the customer representative listened carefully to my concerns and was courteous. Her courtesy was a green light for me because I was not only looking for a licensed electrician, but an electrician based in a culture of professionalism. You see, I had put off getting the non critical electrical job (light fixtures) done for close to five years because I was afraid of encountering an electrician who is not kind in his or her dealings with my family and me. For that reason I did a bit of background check on this website for a suitable electrical company. AC Electrical sent Yuang the electrician primarily to fix smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for my house, but because he is so good to work with, I was inspired to revisit something I had put off for several years, to outfit my house with functional light fixtures. You guessed it --- on a scale of 1 to 10 in the technicians-for-home-improvement arena, I give Yuang a 15!!! Yes, fifteen. Here is why I commend AC Electrical and Yuang very highly: I called the company to find out when the electrician would arrive because he had not arrived by the stipulated time, and the customer service rep was very helpful and reassured me that the electrician was on his way; shortly after, Yuang called to let me know he would be late due to traffic delays; he arrived in reasonable time, clad in the company's uniform, with a friendly face; he took his time to explain why I should have smoke and CO detectors that "communicate" with each other; he walked with me around the house carefully taking note of what (else) needed fixing; he listened patiently as I shared my concerns with regard to the cost-effectiveness of getting suitable light fixtures for my entire house; he tactfully gave me his opinion on the kinds of plush mounts out there in the market, clarifying for me the choices I have; he patiently waited for me when I had to drive back and forth to the hardware store to pick up an extra plush mount etc because of an oversight on my part; and although I must have tried his patience considerably as I spontaneously discovered minor electrical problems that needed fixing, he kept his cool. Even more, Yuang interacted with my family members well as he worked --- fixed everything well and cleaned up the mess. As already mentioned, I was so comfortable around him that I extended my repair project to include non essential concerns (and by so doing spent quite a bit of money) --- with no regrets!! The combination of his personality and expertise in electrical wiring is very rare. Thank you again, Yuang. I wish you my very best in your advancing career as an electrician.

A plus! We are very pleased with the high level of service that
we received from AC Electrical.

We had rewiring done in our entrance hallway, and we also had work done on our electrical panel (switches) in order to bring our old wiring up to code.

They were on time and very professional. They took care to maintain a very clean work-site and even vacuumed when the job was done! Their quote was not the lowest, but I think it is very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. We will hire them again for additional jobs on our electrical to-do-list!

Young, the electrician, came very promptly and reviewed the work to be done and the cost involved. He completely all jobs in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Very satisfied. Email was answered very promptly and courteously and while my jobs weren't urgent, Young and Jim were dispatched the next morning, calling first and completing the job in about 90 minutes. Nice guys, knowledgeable. Perhaps expensive but white glove service. Recommended.

The electricity in my house was starting to stress me out. There were about 10 projects that needed to be looked at. AC Electrical sent me a man named Quinn to give me a quote. It sounded very reasonable. He returned to do the many jobs, was efficient, worked quickly, was very nice (and nice to look at), cleaned up completely.... I don't book professional people often as I'm leery of price and incompetence, which I've experienced before. This was not the case at all. I give AC Electrical, Quinn and the two ladies I dealt with who confirmed appointment, let me know he was delayed in traffic, etc. I give this company an 11/10.
