AC Electrical was very professional. They upgraded our electrical outlet to the right requirements with a permit. The inspection happened a few days later and everything was great. They are very reliable and do the job fast.

Had some great guys come in and install 8 potlights into my main room. They did a great job with minimal mess. Lights looked great. Very happy with the service.

5 star performance. A routine breaker problem turned into a major fire hazard requiring a new main circuit. Jim from AC had Toronto Hydro at our house in 30 minutes, (normally 48 hours) permit completed and power off so he could complete the job. Fast, courteous, high quality - and Helen answered the phone the first time after I had left emails and voice mails for 3 other firms- THIS WAS A DELIGHTFUL AND REASSURING EXPERIENCE - WORTH EVERY LOONIE

Inquired about quotations regarding a 30 amp line install + NEMA plug for EVSE. The line would be coming from the panel downstairs in the basement and up into the garage. Corresponded with Hellen through email and scheduled an appointment for site assessment. Ibrahim came a couple of days later and gave me a fair quote. He was fairly knowledgeable and gave me multiple options regarding how to fish the line. A week later, Ibrahim came back to do the job. It took about 2-3 hours. Ran into a few snags but got it done. He had to cut a couple of holes in the basement dry wall (some weren't perfect) but It was relatively a clean install. He vacuumed and tidied up after. My only gripe (which he clearly warned me of) was that I would have to patch the holes in the drywall myself. This is something they do not apparently do. While assessing the panel, he also spotted some issues that he made us aware of and recommended fixes down the road. Very nice of him to do that. The office scheduled an ESA inspection several days later and upon passing, was emailed an invoice of the job + certificate of inspection. All in all, a wonderful and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend AC Electrical!

Flickering lights , intermittent power outages , I knew I had a problem . Played telephone tag with two "reputable" companies , became frustrated , came to HomeStars , read the reviews of AC Electrical and when I called , I got a live , professional person who took down info and set up an appointment . Within 5 minutes of Yeung the electrician's arrival , I was totally at ease , this man is most professional . He analyzed the problems , gave me a quote , we set up a time for the work to be performed .Workers were knowledgeable , competent , clean , thorough , courteous . I would not hesitate to recommend AC Electrical for any electrical service . Thank you AC for a job well done .

The guys came out in the summer to refresh my 40+ yr. old home's (aluminum) endpoints and replace the panel. Coordination was respectful and professional and the team coordinated with my utility to shut down the house for a full day's work. I came back to a completed refit of receptacles and fixtures to make sure the place was safe. The previous box was too small and had safety issues as well.

The team worked quickly and was very accommodating. When I identified a few "hidden" spots, there was no hint of resistance...they fixed them too. I was very pleased to see them clean up after themselves and replace moved furniture too. AC wasn't the cheapest but they knew what they were doing, made recommendations for future work if I wished, and were a pleasure with which to work.

Received great customer service on the phone. Technician, Young Chung, arrived same day and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot and solve our issue rather quickly. We won't hesitate to use AC Electrical in future!

Such a terrific experience! The guys were friendly and did an amazing job. They were on time and went through the job with me again when they arrived. They cleaned up so well afterwards I never would have known they cut into 2 ceilings! I've used them again since and can't recommend them enough.

Removing knob and tube is a slow and often messy job, they made every effort to contain the mess and cleaned up every night.
