Grout work
Hired Mike to repair missing and crumbling grout and to seal for uniform colour. Substandard work even after multiple callbacks over several weeks which was very disruptive. Now have to hire a new contractor to get it done right to fix the mess left behind. Crooked thick grout lines throughout shower, colour not uniform, uneven grout deeper in some places with noticeable gaps. Didn't thoroughly clean up after themselves leaving residue all over. Very unprofessional. Attaching pictures for both showers of their completed work. Do not recommend to hire.

Workerers were very efficiant & friendly. Everything turned out very nice. Very happy with the service.
Will definitly use Home Star service again.

I contacted a lot of companies asking for a gravel pad for our hot tub. Most of them said they would only pour concrete. Mike responded right away and came out quickly to take measurements. He assured me that the gravel would be good for the pad and made all the arrangements to have the gravel delivered. They worked so hard and did an amazing job. Very good clean up. Highly recommend.
