We received 8 separate quotes for polishing the concrete in our finished basement after a flood. We chose Unique Touch for their competitive price and because Tony took the time to examine our home, and explain the pros and cons of all the options we wanted. Tony and his crew did a great job on a difficult project, as they were able to avoid any damage to our baseboards and newly painted walls.

Since we really don't like the look of exposed aggregate concrete, Tony's team added a dark grey stain to the entire basement, which gives the concrete an amazing look!

After the job was completed, I noticed some divots in the floor and notified Tony. He sent a team on the next day to patch all the spots.

Unique touch did a great job refinishing the concrete floors in our basement many years ago. Over the years a few cracks developed(this can happen over time). They returned to fill the cracks and when I asked for the bill they said there would be no charge! We truly appreciate this commitment to excellence.
