Structured Restoration

Hot water tank burst and flooded my basement. I notified my insurance company who recommended Structured Restoration. Paul from Structured Restoration showed up the very next day, assessed the damage and had a plan in place to begin clean up immediately.
A shout out Mike and Mike for doing a great job! They covered the floors and stairs with padding to make sure no further damage was caused. They were on time each day they arrived and went above and beyond each time they completed a job.
Paul was sure to check in each day and make sure I was happy with the progress- which I was.

I had a sewage backup in my home, contacted Paul, Structured Restoration, General Manager. He and his team showed up, saw the mess in my basement and helped me clean my entire basement.
He took away my stress, helped me file for insurance and said brother don’t worry I got this just relax and currently the work is in progress and promised me that my basement will be much more better than it was.

Experienced a sewer backup in my home, roughly 2-4 inches of sewage flooded the basement. Paul and his workers showed up right away, had the basement cleaned up and all damaged floors, walls and furniture removed. They then had a our sewer excavated and replaced, completely restored our basement. You wouldn’t even of known this had happened. At the end of it, they were able to turn a stressful situation into a pleasant ending. I would highly recommend this company !

Found over 2 feet of water in furnace room (and rising). Googled for help and found Restoration 1 Niagara. Paul was there in 45 minutes with a team who pumped out the water, found the problem, set up fans and dehumidifiers for 4 days, and sprayed to avoid mold. Fantastic service, nice people.

The worknen were very professional, began the job on time, finished on time and performed a thorough cleanup.

Paul responded quickly to our desparate call and in less then 24 hours had a team at our home to remove all the damaged materials due to sewage back up. We couldn't believe that the team handled a bad situation for us so effectivley and the horrific smell was gone completely in such a short amount of time. The crew was outstanding; they were polite and clean. Now, having experienced the flood and clean-up and what it truly enatails to get it rectified I would do things differently and this was a teachable moment for me, though a costly one!
