Structured Restoration

After we found out that we had a sewer back up we were undecided whom to go with to help us clean up the mess. We called restoration 1 and they were there in less than 2 hours to help us out. The crew was amazing and very helpful. If anyone was to deal with any kind of situation restoration 1 are the people to ask.

I came home to water dripping down my stairs. I was very distraught to say the list. After speaking to my broker they referred Restoration 1 and Paul showed up at my door within the hour. His professionalism and calmness made me feel comfortable for them to start the job that night. Two technicians showed up at my house within an hour of Paul arriving and removed the carpet and set up some drying equipment. The whole job took approx. 8 hrs and the guys stayed until they were finished. Restoration 1 was able to bill my insurance company directly and I was extremely happy with their service. I would and have recommended them to several family and friends.

I quickly got a hold of this company and within minutes they were at my house cleaning and disposing. they took care of all the necessary documents with the insurance company. within a month I had my basement restored and the initial cause rectified. From start to finish - I was in good hands. The owner Paul, walked us through the entire process and his time was greatly appreciated.
I recommend everyone having his contact info - you just never know when you'll need some help!

Hey Paul thanks again for all your help and getting my home back in amazing shape! We had some work done in the summer from another company for a previous flood we thought the problem was fixed but that wasn't the case we had mould re producing all in the laundry room and are basement washroom, Paul and his team were quick to find a solution and point out the problem and address it right away. They did an amazing job and me and my wife were thrilled with how you and your group of guys worked and got the job done in a timely manner.
