Structured Restoration

It's now time for us to file a claim with the City of Niagara Falls for the damage caused by their shoddy repair work on the sewer lateral a few months before the incident. In addition to the report and bill from Restoration 1 for remedial work, we now require an estimate for the restoration of the finished basement. The project manager Jason said he could easily provide this using their computer program, but he is no longer with Restoration 1 of Hamilton. Not knowing this I wrote to Jason but received no response. A few weeks later on May 12th, I received the following response:
Hello Tim,
This email from yourself popped up in jays inbox the other day. I have access to it but he is no longer with the company. What can I do to help?

I immediately wrote Paul back explaining what we needed, but there was no response. On June 1st my wife called Paul and left a message, but still no response. Then I received a request from Homestars to finish this review. We were not completely satisfied with the remedial work, but were overlooking the few things that got missed due to Jason's "ongoing" customer service after the cleanup. Now that Jason is no longer there, Paul doesn't appear to care. No response from Paul says it all.

Our basement flooded on a Sunday night from a burst water pipe. I called Paul from Restoration 1 and he and his crew were at my house that evening to begin tearing out all of the water damaged drywall, flooring, etc.. And began the drying of the water. Paul handled the entire claim with the adjuster and made it a very easy process over all. The rebuild was fantastic, the rebuild crews were on time each day, worked clean and completed everything better than before the leak. Highly recommended great guys

I had to use restoration 1 when my basement got flooded, State Farm (my insurance) actually suggested them. They did a complete renovation of my basement and did a great job. We had a couple of issues with time but it was easily resolved. Honestly everything they said they would do they did.

It’s so funny how I came about Restoration 1. I have my own shop; I’m a plumber by trade and was looking for a restoration company to collaborate with. Two days before the flood in my basement, Restoration 1 comes in and I take down their number. When the flood happened at about 6 am, I immediately thought to call Paul and 2 hours later they come and get the job done! They came in and tore out the entire interior, dry wall, floors ceiling etc, then they dried out the space and redid it all, the painting and all the trimmings. They were even able to find and replace some exotic woods that I had. Restoration 1 did such a great job I wish they could do my entire house!

Paul Robertson and the entire team at Restoration 1 were incredible professionals from the point of contact to completion.
A daunting situation was made less so by the, care, concern and communication this team consistently showed.

My basement flooded and I was recommended to use Restoration One - Niagara as the first reponders. The guys worked very fast, clean and thorough. I also contracted the re-build with them, and they couldn't have done a better job! I was very impressed with the quality of their work, and how quickly they got everything done. I highly recommend this business, and I would refer them to any of my friends or family!
