Ordered wrong part told to cancel order and they will not refund full cost. Customer service runs you i. circles and you can never talk to anyone else other than them. Steer clear of this company!!

Came. Said they repaired and removed items. Didnt even run the machine. Left before talking and fixed nothing. Do not use!!

Avoid this company. Their policy over the phone will be to quote you $80 to get a technician out to your address and tell you what's wrong with the appliance. They will offer to waive that fee if you go ahead with them for the repairs.

Reality: their technicians are all unlicensed. They will insist on charging you up front for the labour (usually hundreds of not thousands of $$) before they do any work at all.

Our technician could not give an estimate as to how long the repairs would take or what the total cost would be. If extra parts are needed, those would cost more. He could not even say what was wrong because he demanded $260 up front before starting with anything.

We argued with customer service over the phone but they iterated that this was company policy. I brought up the fact that I was quoted $80 over the phone and they said that the fee was "standard," i.e. no services entailed whatsoever.

I regret to report my extremely disappointing experience with The A Team Appliance Repair. I hired them to fix my refrigerator, and the technician charged me a total of $361.60, asserting that the appliance was fully functional before leaving my house. Unfortunately, it turned out that the refrigerator was still not working just moments after his departure.

When I reached out to their customer service, I encountered nothing but rudeness. Despite their claims, I learned that $80 was just for the technician to show up, and the remaining $281.60 was supposedly for labor that did not even fix the problem. The company insists this charge was for diagnosis and an "attempt" to repair, which is unacceptable as the technician assured me that the refrigerator was working before he left.

The level of service is grossly inadequate, and their business practices are misleading. They have refused to issue a full refund for the service that was clearly not provided as promised. I am left with no choice but to warn others about this company through this review and to consider legal action to recover my funds.

Consumers, please think twice before using The A Team Appliance Repair. They promise one thing and deliver another, leaving you out of pocket for services that are not performed as stated. Highly NOT recommended!

Stay far away from this company. They came out and supposedly repaired my fridge while I was at work. With part and labor it cost over $400. Tech said should start to cool in a few hours. Got home and 4 hours later was still not even cooling. I called the office and all I got was excuses. Said wait 24-48 hours and if its still not working call back.

Do not use this company. The repair person comes in misdiagnosis, charges for parts that arent required. They prey on seniors. When you attempt for any refund on parts not used or services not rendered, which you have to pay for upfront, they come up with a calculation that doesnt reflect what you are owed and what is stated on the invoice. Then when they agree to a refund, it never shows up.

They will be first for the service call but all down hill after that. It has taken a few times to figure out their system. Great service in terms of getting an appointment quickly. Then a quick quote on a fix that you prepay and then there is always a very expensive part that is needed. Because you already have paid for the service, you feel trapped. Then it is 100% paid up front for the part that is cash or debit, no credit card. Then you see the part and realize the unbelievable mark-up that you paid. Will never use them again.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL...repair man came April 9...inspected oven and was told I needed new element...stood right here and said he has ordered one and it should be in in a day or two...charged me 316.60...called today
april 15 and was told part not available...why did he say he ordered it and he would be back to fix it if he already knew he could not get the part and as I said I had to call them not them calling me...Very very bad service and was told I was beat for my money and on the phone making the appt. was told there would be a 80.00 fee to diagnose the problem not 300.00. I am a senior and you're guy took advantage of that so now I am out 300.00 dollars and no oven thanks for good customer relations...never again and I well be posting to let everyone know...as we all know social media is the best way

I called, told them what was wrong with my washer (including the brand), guy came to my house with no parts to fix it and tried to tell me it would be $800+ labour and 5 days to order the part because it was a special part. I found the drum required for $250 online before the guy came, available locally, so I knew he was trying to get me to pay more for the job and was clearly not being truthful. Paid $90 for 5 minutes for nothing. Do not recommend.

Their 4 google 5 star reviews come up and 1st red flag was they only accepted cash or debit, next thing I know the guy is knocking on the door, looked at the dryer told me he wanted $293 ok I told him to get the dryer going, 10 minutes told me the timer was not working and wanted $425 to order the part , too many red flags got him to leave, got the timer online for $150 , had it replaced and it was not the problem.. We had it fixed and the problem was a broken wire inside the drum. I consider $293 a donation to the needy and let Karma take it's toll.
