This was a warranty repair. The service call was answered day after I called and arrived on time the next day. The technician was polite and explained the problem and the repair.

Work Order # 434247 > Our refridgerator/freezer warmed up considerably. The techs came out, I told them what we were experiencing, they listened. Next thing I know it, our kitchen looked like an operating room. They had their diagnostics hooked up to everything and anything. A couple of hours later, they told me that what I thought was the issue, was not the issue. I thought it was a thermostat issue, but was actually the compressor. As we had bought the extended warranty, they gave us the lowdown of what to expect. I found the techs punctual, thorough, honest and upfront. They were also prompt with their service calls. After the part was replaced, we had regular follow ups with them to see how the fridge/freezer was working. Highly recommend these guys. I have already begun referring them to others. Great Job !!

Work order # 433030, the technician was fantastic! The ice maker on my fridge works better now than when I bought it brand new! Service was fast and within the appointment scheduled time. Received text messages a few minutes before to let me know they were on the way.

They took apart our dryer and tried every possible fix to solve our problem, and also ordered a new part as an extra measure. The issue has been resolved, and we didn’t have to pay anything extra over and above our warranty of $140

Work Order#43163242. Conan was the first visit to diagnose the issue. Russell was the second visit to replace the defective control board and motherboard. Both gentlemen were professional, attentive and pleasant. Will definitely call direct if issues out of warranty coverage. Ten stars!

Conan and helper from Elite Appliance Service arrived at the appointment time and were most professional. They made a diagnosis and took apart dryer and made the appropriate fix and we are now back in business. We are extremely pleased with the whole process.

I bought a range from Bestbuy in January and booked an appointment with LG to check why the gas power doesn't look sufficient. Then I received a confirmation of visit by email from Elite Appliance.
I received a message 10 minutes prior to Conan's arrival. They came on time. Both Conan and his friend are professional, helpful, comprehensive and polite. They provide a satisfactory service, which I appreciated very much. Now, the range is fully functional. They also gave me a lot of tips about operating this range. Back in December 2020 I hired a local appliance repair company in Ottawa to service my wife's beautiful Wolf Range which stopped heating at the very worst time, right before the holidays! local appliance repair company I hired had made 6 trips to our house and changed multiple parts which were very expensive! Each time the oven wouldn't work they kept telling me that they needed more parts! After spending more than $800.00 with that company I had had enough. This is when I contacted Elite Appliance Service. Elite was a delight to deal with from the very first point of contact with their customer service department right up to the initial visit of their Technician they kept me informed. Their Technician found the faults with the Range and provided me with a detailed estimate on the cost to repair it, came back with the needed parts 2 days later and had the oven heating again, good as new! My wife decided to cook huge meal for the family, were so happy with the way it turned out!

I hired a different company originally to service the refrigerator in my Ottawa rental property as the refrigerator as it wasn't cooling properly. After three visits by the previous company and over $500.00 spent they couldn't repair my refrigerator, my tenants were very frustrated and lost a lot of food which I had to cover for my tenant! I called the manufacturer of my appliance and found out the company I had originally hired to repair my refrigerator wasn't even trained or authorized by the manufacturer to repair my fridge!

The manufacturer recommended I contact Elite Appliance Service as they are their preferred authorized servicer in the Ottawa area. I contacted Elite Appliance and wow! They booked my call for the next morning, the Technician arrived and realized the other appliance repair company had installed the wrong parts and actually broke another part. The Elite Technician showed me the issues he found and walked me through every step of the repair. The refrigerator is fixed, my tenants are happy and I couldn't be happier! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR COMPANY TO ANYONE. I HAVE USED MANY REPAIR COMPANIES OVER THE YEARS IN OTTAWA TO REPAIR MY APPLIANCES AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE AND NEVER FELT CONFIDENT THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE WITH ELITE APPLIANCE. I GOT AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY, THE TECHNICIAN DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT IN THE SPOT. I AM BEYOND HAPPY WITH THEM.
