My Frigidaire Gallery died after less than 6 years of service. The technician was very polite and knew is stuff. I know quite a bit about refrigeration and suspected what the issue was before ha arrived. Well he identified the issue within minutes and quoted a very reasonable price for the repair. He returned less than a week later after the parts arrived and took the time to keep me updated every step of the way showing me the defective parts and explaining what he was doing. I purchased these appliances while a renovation was going on. They were kind enough to hold them for me until I was ready to receive and install them. The sales person was very informative, and very responsive to all email exchanges regarding the purchase including setting up delivery. The delivery service was also very good.
