DO NOT RECOMMENDED this company.. my furnace wouldnt fire up he contacted me through messenger. Came out to help which is great but, telling me it could be this, changed it still didnt work. Then it could be this and could be that.. then didnt show up when he was suppose too.. no contact for a few days .. all a sudden text told me he was in a serious car accident.. then I checked BBB website .. seems to be his motto.. my daughter and I was freezing for a week at temp 63 66 degrees .. had another company finally come in part was fixed in 5 minutes .. saved myself probably a lot of money at the end

I called C.A.L.M. Appliance and left a message that my oven for my stove stopped working. Chris called me back and set up a time to come to my house and the date. He was professional and very quickly diagnosed the issue and on his smart tablet told me in my kitchen when the part would arrive, how much it would cost and an approximate date after it arrives when he would be able to install it. He was back at my house with the part installed it and my oven worked instantly! He will Continue to be my Repair
Man!! He was quick to respond and deliver, that is hard to find these days especially since I live out in the country!

I received an email confirming receipt of the case from Electrolux and he scheduled a date and a time. I waited all day and no show, no call, no email. I received a call that evening. I said someone was supposed to come today and didnt show up, no call or anything. The guy advised of that must have been the boss and hes out of the country. He diagnosed the issue over the phone to save a trip to my home and said he order the part and give me call. After several phone calls and emails they scheduled another date, no show again. This time is was covid, but the funny thing is there is a post here from someone receiving service 7 days ago when he was supposed to show up at my place. Again several emails and calls and nothing. Im Done. Officially the worst business Ive ever dealt with.
Excuse after Excuse. Seems to be an ongoing theme with this place. Seriously worst customer service Ive ever received. Its now been two months. This was a warranty call from Electrolux. Brand new washer and dryer and the dryer stop working for a few days. I had 30 days to return or fix and thanks to these guys we are over the 30days.

My brand new Frigidaire range's oven was malfunctioning. Chris knew exactly what needed to be replaced, he did the job efficiently and professionally and was very friendly as well. I am very happy to say my oven is now working properly. Thank you Chris! There was no cost to me as this repair was under warranty.

My review is support by the many similar reviews on the better business bureau site related to this company which you should check.

This company was engaged to do warranty work on my stove. The owner contacted me and initially seemed quite good - knowledgeable about the product and said the part would take a week to secure. 2 weeks went by with no contact - I tried to reach someone - left messages (when the voice mail was not full) and had no reply. The warranty company also could not reach him - after many attempts 3 weeks after the initial contact they said the part would be in on a Monday and that they would install the next day. They were a no show on that day - blamed the technician that they were unable to reach all day. They said he would resolve it and has not resurfaced since. BBB reviews indicate that this company has a pattern of no shows, no communication and misleading statements. Steer clear of this company unless you want increased stress in your life. I am not sure where the glowing reviews on this site came from but look at the BBB reviews and you will get a clear picture.

Chris came to the rescue when my dryer stopped drying.
He was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what was wrong, brought the part with him and was in and done in a couple hours.
Great service, great price and on time! What more can you ask for?

Came and diagnosed problem said be needs to order such and such a part. I sent him the money, and he then said he had health probs and couldn't do job. Then I started dealing with his wife. She said yes yes we'll have to refund in any transfer right away. Emails emails emails emails and they finally just started ghosting us.

Great service. Quick response when I posted on Facebook that my fridge wasn’t working. Arrived when he said he would and assessed the situation. Needed a part that he drove a far distance to retrieve. Great service, great price.. and I would definitely recommend and will use again!

Showed up when He said, was effecient and professional. Very good communication skills as well.
