I received an email confirming receipt of the case from Electrolux and he scheduled a date and a time. I waited all day and no show, no call, no email. I received a call that evening. I said someone was supposed to come today and didnt show up, no call or anything. The guy advised of that must have been the boss and hes out of the country. He diagnosed the issue over the phone to save a trip to my home and said he order the part and give me call. After several phone calls and emails they scheduled another date, no show again. This time is was covid, but the funny thing is there is a post here from someone receiving service 7 days ago when he was supposed to show up at my place. Again several emails and calls and nothing. Im Done. Officially the worst business Ive ever dealt with. Excuse after Excuse. Seems to be an ongoing theme with this place. Seriously worst customer service Ive ever received. Its now been two months. This was a warranty call from Electrolux. Brand new washer and dryer and the dryer stop working for a few days. I had 30 days to return or fix and thanks to these guys we are over the 30days.
