Eli the technician provided efficient effective customer service. He was able to explain everything to us in detail and had suggestions for easy repair, longevity and if needed a recommendation of replacement.

This company sent out Eli the day after I called. Eli solved the heating issue with my dryer in about 40 minutes. He gave me two quotes right away so I was not caught off guard when the bill came. Nice guy too! Happy and grateful I can do laundry again!

Recently we had a leaking dishwasher and today we requested the same technician, Eli, to come and help us. Eli arrived within the window of time given, assessed the problem quickly and provided me with the part number(s) I would need to repair my fridge.
Once installed the fridge began to cool immediately.

The technician Eli came within the scheduled time frame. He assessed the appliance and came to the conclusion that it would need a new element. He was very calm, polite and explanatory. He tried several times to find the part needed but was not having any luck with the Christmas and New Year holidays approaching. He actually went out of his way to help us and personally found the element needed. He returned the next day and repaired/changed the element in a timely, professional manner. Eli made me feel comfortable, safe and was very in tune to my needs.

Our oven stopped working on Wednesday evening, Thursday morning I called GNA and booked a service call for Thursday afternoon.
The technician, Eli, arrived on time and looked at our oven. Explained that the motherboard needed to be replaced. Called to see if the part was available and ordered it. Eli said if he got the part the next day, would try to replace it on Friday. Called to say he would install the part on Monday. Arrived on time for the appointment and promptly installed the new motherboard.
Eli was very professional and polite, I would recommend GNA to others.

Our problem: Our dishwasher as not working correctly. The washer was leaving food residue on plates and the top rack didn't seem to be functioning at all.

We were able to book a repair assessment for the next day. Eli came to the house wearing a mask, within the window of time we were given.
He fortunately found the problem quickly and fixed the washer. My husband was worried it was the pump or something and Eli did give us a quote of what that repair would cost.

I am very happy with the service Eli provided. He answered all of my questions. He was efficient and professional. I would call this company again.
