Hello, I just wanted to give a positive review for Shaked. He came out the next day and was able to work in an earlier time slot then previously booked (fantastic!). He correctly diagnosed the problem with the tenant's dishwasher and had it fixed in less than an hour. Friendly and efficient. He also gave some great advice about how to prolong the life of the machine. Thank you!
