My Dishwasher wasn’t draining. A serious cleaning and repair was required. Technician, Eli, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. He arrived on time, clearly knew what he was doing and got the job done. I highly recommend.

I called for a diagnosis on my 18 year old washing machine on a Saturday afternoon and on Monday a technician arrived by the name of Eli.
This young man was professional and personable and let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. We both decided a repair was not practical.
He very kindly gave me recommendations.
I will definitely refer GNA Appliances in the future.

Overheating signal on my dryer- Eli came and diagnosed it very quickly. Gave me a few options for repair and helped me make a decision. Very professional and pleasant. Will call again if need be !

Had a recurring drainage issue with a stacked washer and dryer and was having difficulty finding someone to service a stacked set. Called GNA for service and they made it easy -- no fuss, no muss. Booked an appointment within 48 hours the initial call. Eli assessed and resolved the issue in a single visit and presciently brought replacement part to correct the drainage issue. Will work with GNA Appliances again!

Called in for service on my dishwasher on Wednesday afternoon, Eli was out Thursday morning and went above and beyond to diagnose the problem for me. Fantastic customer service, my dishwasher is now working leak free.

The technician was prepared with 2 different parts to make sure my refrigerator was perfectly repaired.
The technician Avishai followed up with the replacement parts to make sure the parts did not delay my Fridge repair.

Came to repair washer in end it would cost to much to repair ,best to buy new one. Repair person was very kind and explained which makes of machines would be best to buy. I would recommend using this company to anyone who wants the truth and not get ripped off for unwanted repairs.
