I called Gateway because of the reviews. Sam promised to come the following morning and he arrived when he said he would. He was courteous, competent and neat. Over the phone he told me exactly what it was going to cost, depending on whether the drain snake would clear it or the high-pressure hot water was required. He made several attempts with the snake but ultimately required the high-pressure device. Evan that took quite a while but, after more than 2 hours, he got the water flowing. Really great service.

Had an old legacy piping setup and previous plumber opened all the valves which was causing an issue. Sam took the time to figure what the problem was, explained it to me and fixed the issue. He could have spoken poorly of the previous unrelated plumber and upsold the work (quite common), did neither. Class act.

THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONALLY DONE. THE SITE WAS COMPLETELY CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. OVERALL IT WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I had water backing up in the basement . Called Sam at 9 in the morning and he had everything cleaned out by noon !! He showed me where the backup was and then showed me the cleaned out pipes . So professional. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs .
So happy we can flush again !

Sam came 2 weeks ago to replace my washing machine valves in my laundry room.

Sam did a great job with new plumbing in our reno new bathroom, he fixed a problem that was an issue, he also installed a dishwasher and took his time to ensure the installation was correctly done.
Not only did Sam do a great job on the work to be done, he went out of his way to teach us on how to check if your toilet has a small leak using food coloring and it can be checked yearly by doing this!! It's so great to do this cause you can see small tiny leaks causes your water bill to go up!

Love at first flush!!! I wish there were more stars to give because gateway earned it. Sam was my technician and I couldn’t be happier. I had a toilet that was blocked for the third time, I had previously had been able to use the plunger but was unable to this time. I called gateway for help and I’m glad I did. Not only did Sam come to the rescue but he took the time to explain why this has been happening and wrote clear options for us to review which I loved. My Neighbour recommended these guys to me. We had a broken water pipe and needed someone ASAP. The gentleman that was dispatched was very professional, answered all our questions and went through all our options. Great service, great price. All in all It was a pleasant experience.
