Love at first flush!!! I wish there were more stars to give because gateway earned it. Sam was my technician and I couldn’t be happier. I had a toilet that was blocked for the third time, I had previously had been able to use the plunger but was unable to this time. I called gateway for help and I’m glad I did. Not only did Sam come to the rescue but he took the time to explain why this has been happening and wrote clear options for us to review which I loved.
