The HVAC Service

I called Superior for a furnace inspection. They were easy to reach on the phone. Matt came out the next day and inspected my furnace. There was a problem with the water condenser. He gave me an estimate and arranged for someone to fix it the next day. I am now a loyal customer of Superior.

Took a day off work to have a hot water fixed, advised someone will be coming that day between 10am-2pm
At 1pm get a call saying they wont be able to come that day and that if I need it fixed right away, I should call another company

Unfortunately, one part needed to be replaced, but with this company nothing is stressful. Loc, the tech, came back a day after with a new part, installed it, double-checked if the boiler was running properly, and gave us a bunch of useful advice. We are more than happy with the service this company provides for such a competitive price!

Highly recommended company! We faced an issue with our water heater tank. For some reason, it was not heating the water. Immediately we called The HVAC service. On the same day, they sent a technician, who inspected the unit and explained to us that one out of two heating elements was malfunctioning and needed to be fixed. We were happy to hear that he had all parts and tools to fix it.
