Took a day off work to have a hot water fixed, advised someone will be coming that day between 10am-2pm At 1pm get a call saying they wont be able to come that day and that if I need it fixed right away, I should call another company
Actual pool is good. BUT they destroyed my driveway, 1/2 my backyard and even parts of my front yard. Made my backyard and area around my pool very dangerous for my pets and my grand daughter, the whole reason we got the pool. They left huge ditches and wholes so bad that even adults couldn't walk around them. Had to pay another company to come and fix it because they said that they are not responsible for any damages they do, even if they are unreasonable. The workers apologized and said they would fix it but then head office wouldn't back them up and left my property as a hazard zone. BE CAREFUL with them, they promise the world then don't back it up. Really really sad because love the pool and would have been a 5 star rating other than they destroyed my property and said "oh well your tough luck"
