We hired complete shower restoration to grout our shower as the previous contractor had not done a good job . I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail . I am happy to recommend this company for shower grouting and glass cleaning

Update - thank you for returning and fixing the job. I believe it was Mike who came and explained the situation. The fixtures are old and were probably not properly installed, that said the results we what they were. He redid the bathtub, sink, toilet and faucet. He was honest and detail oriented. I am very pleased with the results.

Overall communication can be improved but I am expect a high level, after all they were professional and completed the job. Thank you so much!

I originally reached out to them and because of my work schedule I wasn’t able to meet him. I arrange that my boyfriend was going to meet him the quote was about $570 plus tax so came to 600 and some thing. When the job was completed it was a little bit I have a shoddy job. I reached out to them on Saturday. No answer. Sunday, finally got back to me with a response “hi Robyn, I’ll get back to you later today” and it is now Tuesday evening. I didn’t want to write a review but based on the terrible communication I felt I have no choice.
I will happily delete this review in the event that they return and finish the job.

So satisfied with my bathtub shower restoration which included cleaning tile and grout, recaulking and colour sealing of the grout. The job completed made my shower look like new. I would totally recommend their service.

my 2 year old bathtub started to show mould and mildew staining espeisally on the grout which was supposedly top of line.

I called Complete Shower Restoration and Len showed up on the same day to quote and explain excatly what they do. Within 3 days I was booked in and my shower was done in just 5 hours! The best part is I could use the tub same night!

We hired this company to demo the existing tiles in the shower stall, replace them, remove old caulking, replace it and change the door sweep.

This was supposed to be a 2 day job with one technician.

Two technicians showed up on the 18th. They came unprepared and indicated that they did not have caulking or a door sweep with them. I showed them the email with the details of the quote. They said they were told that they’re only tiling. I provided caulking, grout and tiles.

They were not able to demo the tiles without damaging the waterproof membrane so new tile was placed on top of the existing tile.

They did not replace the door sweep. I purchased one from Home Depot the next day but it didn’t fit.

They did not remove the mould and placed caulking over it. The tile cutting was totally uneven. They used a tile cutter to cut the tiles vs using a tile saw. The marble ledge where the shower glass wall sits on was scratched in many places. This is from their efforts to remove caulking, although unsuccessful. This was the result of a days work and they wanted full payment for 2 days work claiming that they had to purchase expensive material to make it a one day job.

After complaining for several days to the operation manager, Len, I got a response that they would come back and fix it.

The owner attended today. Although he did remove the caulking and mould properly and redid caulking, we are still left with uneven tile in one section. The door sweep was replaced today. He attempted to buff out the scratches on the marble ledge. The longer scratches are still visible. Today, I'm applying a marble sealer to see if this will help at all, as when he buffed various areas, the sealant was removed.

Ultimately, I didn’t feel respected and I do not understand how a bathroom reno company has people come with no caulking or material to complete the job. Frustrating experience.

In one of my showers, the tiles were loose and the dry wall behind it was wet and it needed to be removed and re-tiled.
2nd shower, water was seeping through to the floor bellow throw loose grout and caulking.

Len came over for an in-home consultation which was much appreciated as he explained all my available options and provided a detailed list of what would be done and cost and we set an appointment.
Yesterday Dale came in and performed the work, left the bathrooms looking brand new.
Excellent workmanship, very conscientious.

The Operations Manager that came to quote on the job was on time, professional and courteous. He gave a fair and accurate estimate and advised on what work needed to be done and what work could wait.
The technician that came to do the job was on time, professional and courteous. She was extremely thorough. She did an amazing job. Extremely satisfied!

Ash, who works for Complete Shower Restoration did an excellent job cleaning the floor tiles and marble walls of our shower. He explained exactly what he was going to do and worked hard to remove all the old caulking. The new caulking was applied perfectly. He advised me how to prevent mould on the tiles in the shower.

The shower in my extension hadn't been sealed properly when originally installed. Water was not only leaking inside, but running outside too. It was a mess that could have compromised the integrity of my home. Len completely ripped up the floor and wall, completely sealed and re-tiled everything, even managed to save the wall tiles and replace them for me. For the first time in months I stepped out of the shower onto a completely dry floor. Brilliant job. From first booking to end result took less than a week and I'm stoked. The whole process was explained to me so I knew exactly what I was paying for, which is rare these days and much appreciated. Highly recommended. Responsive to inquiries and very helpful. Work was great and total value was much better than other companies.
