Looked online for a repair company as we were having issues with our fridge and decided to give Dowell a try. Jessica is an extremely pleasant person to talk to and a great asset to the business for sure. The work was done in a very timely manner and the guys were extremely pleasant and professional.

Kitchen range repair

My Samsung oven and stove top stoped working, I called service and they can the next day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. In fortunately it took over a week to get the parts but when they arrived the company called and an appointment was scheduled two days later at which time the parts were installed very efficiently and the stove was repaired. Works like new now
