Our dishwasher had an error and then went completely dead. Beau made time for us right away and came and fixed everything in a very reasonable time period (and cost). In addition, it is worth noting that Beau was extremely cautious, safe, and courteous with respect to following Covid safety guidelines (which we really appreciated). I recommend DES without reservation and will use them again when the need arises.

Washing Machine Repair

We had an error code on our washer and Beau was here within 24 hours to repair. He was very professional and knowledgable and found a huge issue with our washer that potentially could have ruined the entire machine if allowed to continue operating that way. We highly recommend Dowell Equipment Services and will continue to call them for our servicing and repairs!
