Gas Washer/Dryer Pedestal Install

We called Beau back for a second project as we were so pleased with the job he did for us the first time. He's excellent, he knows his stuff, he's friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and is reasonably priced. Wed consider Beau to be our go-to gas install/maintenance person whom we would highly recommend.

Samsung Range Problems

Beau came out to our home to look at our Samsung Range that was taking forever to heat up and would not maintain temperature. Beau was very efficient with the diagnostic and stated that it was unfortunately just the product and recommended buying from companies who only make kitchen appliances. He didn’t feel completing a repair would help and we very much appreciated his honesty. He also informed us that if we needed him in the future for our oven there would be no cost for a diagnostic as he was aware of the concerns. We will definitely call Beau again for any appliance repairs we may have.

Dryer / Washing Machine Hook Up

Unhooked my old gas dryer and then installed my new dryer and washing machine. Levelled everything on pedestals and made sure it worked perfectly. Highly recommend!!

Christmas Eve service with a smile

London

When my oven stopped working on Xmas eve, while other service repair providers were laughing when I called to ask if a service call would be possible that day, Jessica arranged to squeeze an appointment in despite being fully booked prioritizing our Christmas dinner : ) When Beau arrived, he was professional and efficient providing courteous and friendly advice. Thank you to everyone at Dowell.
