Lawn care for 2 years and snow removal, all satisfactory. Will use their services again.

Something has happened in terms of management within this company.

My first year was exemplary. New to the city, I contracted Hero Service for snow removal from December 2021 through March 2022. I was so pleased that I hired them for summer service too. I was going to hire for landscaping but one of their owners was not truthful regarding what he said during a site visit to determine work.

Put that aside and hired them for snow removal from November 2022 - April 2023. They tout themselves as being highly communicative , e.g. sending mass emails advising when crews would be out. However, numerous issues this past season. Removing snow from wrong property, not showing up when promised or once here, not doing the work they were paid for. The latter also applied to the summer service. Other issues relate to phone calls always go to voicemail and they dont respond to emails. If they do, its days to weeks later. The rate referred to in approximate cost was the monthly fee)

Always full of apologies, but that only goes so far.

My last email inquiry related to asking if they would consider only 3 months of snow removal for the 2023-2024 season. So far, and not surprising, no response

Very poor ethics..they never come to remove the snow as agreed I have to send so many emails..and no response I usually have to do most of the work myself .not recommended at allthese photos are 2 days after snow fall.
This is the 4th time they do this within a month.

So here is an update so a guy come refuses to scrap the side walk saying his scarper broke..and he will not do it I said but this is not safe he said I will not do it and gave me the finger in the middle of the streethere are photos for after what he tried to do

Worst service and communication! Not sure if leadership changed but I am appalled at the fact that they still have not personally communicated with me regarding poor service, promised discount, contact info, apologies after having 3 weeks of no snow, not sure what the excuse is? The apology emails for why they havent removed the snow have no follow up action behind them. I had to keep calling/emails, when they did show a rushed job. Really disappointed and out $168 a month! Will use snow mow pros instead as they are very reliable

Hero service, fully paid for November, may have come once in 3 snows. Apologies first, ala Trudeau, then no replies. Never came before noon despite saying dispatch went out 2-3 am.
Truly the worst service co. I have ever experienced. Did my sidewalk myself so i wasn't embarrassed with my neighbors.

I was kept informed of when someone was coming to clean my driveway every time. I was sent a message each time it was completed and asked if I was happy with the work. I will be using this service again!

Very reliable service and great communication all at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

We hired Hero Service for snow removal last winter. We have been pleased with their good quality service. They are reliable, professional, responsive company. Hero service done good job in removing and cleaning the snow during winter I appreciate their effort.

Price is good and service for snow removal response fast I do recommend them to all my friends and family
