This was the second winter I used Hero Service for snow removal. I found them to be highly reliable and prompt after a snow fall. They would return as needed if additional snow fell. It was nice to relax and leave my long flight of stairs and front sidewalk to them, knowing everything was in their good hands.

The service these boys gave over the winter was very thorough and friendly. Communication was excellent, every day it snowed I would receive an email early morning confirming they would be by to Remove snow

Excellent customer service. Very prompt with their clearance with email updates when snowing. I have used many other services in the past and have been disappointed. I would highly recommend them.

Eric was awesome at communicating with his clients. letting us know ahead of time for plans/process for incidents of 40+centimeters ahead of time. If there were concerns, Eric looked into matters personally and made sure the client was satisfied with the outcome, mainly snow placed at the wrong place or an an exit needing extra widening. Eric and team always were polite and accommodating. I learned too late that my neighbor could have had discount on a month of snow removal had I mentioned his name when signing up as he had referred the service to me. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

We have had others to remove our snow in the past and they were good.
How ever they relocated and were unable to remove snow last winter so we contracted Hero. As a new client we got the snow removed later in the day even into the evening which was OK for this year as we couldn't go anywhere because of the covid-19 virus. Towards the end of the season they were able to come early in the mornings which we like.
we have a long driveway and because of the slope snow must be cleared into the street which they did. There service has been good and we would recommend them to others.

Another snow clearing season is almost over. The guys at Hero have done a terrific job. They don't just clear the snow they also ensure the driveway and walkway are free of ice with generous dispensing of ice salt. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd year I have used Hero Service for snow removal. They are very reliable, conscientious and accommodating to special requests. They even come by to check on the driveway after trace amounts of snow. I would recommend them with out hesitation

I am a senior living on a corner lot. We had up to 40 cm of snow in one snowfall this past winter, and Hero Service kept up with removing the snow. They are always courteous, do a great job, and Eric keeps in constant touch with his clients when needed. This was my first winter with them, but I will be a returning client in coming winters.

Hero did a good job and I liked that my house was early on their route. We didn't get snow that often this winter, but the few times we did get a huge amount, Hero did a fairly good job of snow removal.
