Alex came out to the site and explained the whole job in detail which involved digging down to the water shut-off and digging a hole in the basement floor to bring the new line into the house at the meter. He took care of arranging the town inspector as well.
All work was done on the day promised. The crew was very professional, completing the work in one day and only having our water shut off for a couple of hours.
Everything was put back the way it was (including re-cementing the basement floor) and the site cleaned.

I had a drain clog on the kitchen line in the basement. It was filled with thick grease (inside the ~3 inch pipe). Alex came by within the hour and started to work on it with multiple snaking tools. He finished by using his camera (no extra charge) to ensure the clog was cleared and diagnose the cause . He showed and explained the cause and probable future issues.
