Alex responded to an email request in less than 5 minutes. I had waited for over two weeks for another highly recommended mechanical company in Georgetown to come out for a site visit. The company that didnt show quoted me a rate over the phone that was more than double what I paid Alex in the end.
Alex came out to the site and explained the whole job in detail which involved digging down to the water shut-off and digging a hole in the basement floor to bring the new line into the house at the meter. He took care of arranging the town inspector as well.
All work was done on the day promised. The crew was very professional, completing the work in one day and only having our water shut off for a couple of hours.
Everything was put back the way it was (including re-cementing the basement floor) and the site cleaned.
