I hired Jordan to install mesh around my father's cottage and I paid him $1100 to do it. He only finished half of the job with every excuse in the book. I then gave him $210 to construct a wood garbage bin which he never delivered on. He is very persuasive, he gives the appearance that he is a good guy, an honest guy but he is not honest. This is not really a business. And when he did come to complete any work he did the work past 9 pm with all neighbours complaining because they wondered why he was there at that late hour. He came to my house in Mississauga to install leaf gutters for a small bungalow and when he did not get my sister's house he purposefully did not complete the job and I had to hire someone else to complete and him not completing the leaf gutter cost me an extra $250 when I already paid him $1000.

Let's open this up by saying Extreme Eaves is nto a true company. They/He does not own, manage or do any work for properties at all. He simply is good at selling his false services to get 'deposits' to book jobs that he never intends to do.

He quoted us for Copper eaves in early Spring of 2021 and now a year later, he has not done a thing. His cell phone number has changed 3 times since the beginning of when we spoke.

Please do not engage or even try to get services from him or that non existent company.

Unfortunately my experience with Jordan and Extreme Eaves has been extremely disappointing. Contracted to install a very basic eavestrough on my rental, the work has yet to be started. Promised before Christmas, literally committed to it days before too so his schedule could not have changed, I reluctantly sent money to cover materials. Only $300 as I wouldn’t agree to half the quote. He gave me excuses as to why he couldn’t front the money so although I expressed concern in doing so, I did based on his word. It was supposed to start the next morning so a few hours wouldn’t hurt right??… wrong.
I sent up a second $400 transfer that I’d give the password to him once I knew he arrived with materials. This was our deal. In what I see as a security flaw with the banks, they were able to accept both payments. I didn’t make a huge deal out of it other than I will be addressing that with my bank, as I expected he’d show. The excuses kept coming.
It’s now end of day Jan 07 and with multiple requests to either complete the work or refund my money, neither has been done. There been more excuses to “why” he can’t do it. I get the holidays, I do, but we had an agreement to completed the work and more than a few weeks have gone by. He has not reached out to me each time, it’s been me chasing him for why is the work not yet completed.
I feel he had a lot to learn about, scheduling, money management, communication and well… conducting:running a good business. I would honestly keep looking elsewhere and if you give him a chance, as I did, then I wouldn’t front one dime until he’s on your site with materials in hand. Any successful business should be able to “float” a few hundred dollars and I should have moved on once my spider-senses told me too. I look for the good in people and trust way too easily. I also am a principle based and disciplined business owner myself so understand the value of providing exceptional service… My interaction has failed on all accounts and now unfortunately I need to write a “warning review” and get the police involved and start chasing a refund… which I will do Jordan. See you in court.
It's Feb 01 and still nothing... Way to take my $700 and continue to not provide the service I paid for. excuses, excuses and more excuses!
Mar 05, NO calls, NO follow-up nothing. I guess he should be thanking me for providing Christmas money to his family as he took it and never came back. I don't expect he will be at this point.

The only thing extreme about this company and the owner is the complete and total lack of honesty and diligence. Callous, morally corrupt and a complete rip off. Avoid Extreme Eaves all costs if you want it done right. Worst company in the area. If I could give negative ten stars I would.

Had Jordan come to the house to replace my old eavestroughing. He gave me a quote and I went with him. He did a great job at a great price. I am very happy with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of work done.

We wanted our eaves cleaned before the winter, as well as having the integrity of the existing 40 year old eaves and downspouts checked. Jordan and his team were very personable, professional, and competent. Would recommend them to anyone. Their knowledge and integrity were refreshing. Thank you Jordan!
