I hired Jordan to install mesh around my father's cottage and I paid him $1100 to do it. He only finished half of the job with every excuse in the book. I then gave him $210 to construct a wood garbage bin which he never delivered on. He is very persuasive, he gives the appearance that he is a good guy, an honest guy but he is not honest. This is not really a business. And when he did come to complete any work he did the work past 9 pm with all neighbours complaining because they wondered why he was there at that late hour. He came to my house in Mississauga to install leaf gutters for a small bungalow and when he did not get my sister's house he purposefully did not complete the job and I had to hire someone else to complete and him not completing the leaf gutter cost me an extra $250 when I already paid him $1000.

originally when I had quoted to clean your parents cottage you had said our price was too high, (which was 200$ cheaper than any competitors i know of), so I decided to give you a 2 for 1 deal doing both your sisters and parents cottage.

I offered to do leafguard at yours and your sisters houses(approximately 1800- 2000$) for a discounted price of 1100$, and when arriving to mississauga, 1 hr past our normal scope for area of work, your sister had changed her mind. I still had wages, gas, material, etc. expenses that remained the same.

custom flashing and capping that I installed around the perimeter of your parents place was also discounted by over 400$.

the custom garbage box that I had half built cost 200$ just in material alone, unfortunately when I was moving from our business residence due to complications from covid19, the garbage was left behind.at this point, I am not leaving work unfinished, but I am still dealing with jobs unfinished from last summer and im having to choose to finish the jobs on a timeline based on 1st come first serve.
you are in line but stomping feet and degrading us online with bad reviews wont get yours done faster..
