I hired Eco Pro to move my heat pump from the back of my house to the side of my house and then later to complete some maintenance the unit. We ran into a few scheduling/communication challenges along the way, but ultimately Kyle made sure to follow up with me to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. I am very pleased that everything got taken care of! Thank you to Kyle, Joven, and their team!

Would never use again and do NOT recommend. They installed a Navien on-demand hot water heater and failed inspection 4 times I think, and we only just got our gas permit cleared TWO YEARS AND TWO MONTHS after install. I have lost count of the number of times they have come to correct install mistakes and I have over 60 emails with them going back and forth about all their errors. They did not install a neutraliser, then they installed it wrong, their tech came and failed to fix it, then had to come back. They also used incorrect gas hose sizing and prohibited slip adaptors on the drainage piping. Their electrical connections were incorrect and several other plumbers have described the work as mickey-mouse. I actually contacted the inspectors and hired another plumber just to come verify the tank wasnt dangerous after all this because of how deeply unsatisfied we are with EcoPros work and apparent knowledge. The only good thing I can say is they did follow up and eventually complete the repairs the inspectors required.

In addition, Eco Pro did not provide good advice on the potential issues with the on-demand system up front. We had originally contacted them (based on the numerous 5 star reviews which I can only assume are fake) to replace our hot water tank and they suggested replacing with a Navien on demand heater, which we agreed to. They did not explain that older houses can sometimes have issues with these systems until AFTER when we didnt have hot water in the upstairs showers. They were no help in resolving this and instead suggested a plumber who we used who charged to purportedly replace a part which I then I had to replace myself a few months later and was clearly old. On the up-side, I got to learn a whole lot about plumbing by spending dozens of hours trying to trouble shoot why our shower lost all hot water after the install and coordinating access to the utility room with our tenants who Im sure were super happy to EcoPro and inspectors come into their space well over 10 times for what should have been a straight-forward job.

My furnace was not coming on and my wife was complaining that she was cold. These guys saved the day. The repair man was friendly and he worked quickly. I would definitely call on them again.

This company is amazing. I called many other companies who only offered me "after hours" availability and pricing. These guys answered the phone right away, showed up when they said they would which was same day, solved the problem, gave me choices, and came back and fixed the problem the next day. On top of it, their technician Daniel was amazing, followed all the COVID protocols and offered me good advice for my furnace for the future. Thumbs up Eco Pro- I will be hiring you again when I need you.

Great team of guys. They gave me a great price on my install while giving me a quality install. The job was very hard due to the amount of space available so i was impressed. Will definitelym bbn call again.

The technician was on time as per appt. Friendly and Knowledgeable. Did a great job again as always. I highly recommend this company anytime. I’m so happy of the work these guys did in such a short amount of time, they left me with a smile on my face.

We called eco pro to have a look at our air conditioner because it wasn’t cooling as it normally did. The technician was here and diagnosed within 10 minutes and had it running within 25 min! Great service from the office to the field workers

I recently had Eco Pro service my furnace and replaced my hot water tank. The service person arrived on time and did a thorough job at a competitive rate. Great guys very respectful and professional individuals!
