I used Dean to fix my upstairs furnace at AAA and he charged me $1700 to fix the lower furnace. The receptionist asked me to send and letter and I did not receive a response.

Humidifier installation was done quickly and work site was cleaned when work was complete. Installer was friendly and knowledgeable

I needed a new furnace and financing and AAA plumbing helped me with both andDean said he would include a free humidifier as part of a promotion. The Installment team were all very polite, and professional they arrived when promised and quickly got to work. The team removed my old furnace and installed the new one and new humidifier the same day, without leaving behind a mess or dirt. It was red carpet treatment, from start to finish, thank you to Dean and your installation team. Apparently the new thermostat for the new heater was not on the truck, so I was told it would supplied and installed the next day, but I trust they follow through. Thanks Aaa heating and plumbing.

Highly Recommended! Quality, service, and attention to detail that exceeded expectations. My parents needed a new furnace after paying for years (high gas costs) the homes original furnace built in 1968. I searched for a company on the Internet and saw AAA Heating and Plumbing Ltd. Well I thought to myself... are they as good as the name of the company? A company who can provide the right home requirement for an energy efficient furnace for my parents' home? 100 percent yes!!! Dean and his team are respectful, courteous, dependable, knowledgeable, professional and honest. Great job...

Dean was amazing in communication and timing. His crew came exactly when they said they would (maybe a little early, which was great!) They answered any questions i had and explained everything. The clean up was amazing! Wouldnt even know they were here, except the house is much cooler! I would highly recommend AAA plumbing and heating to anyone!

Dean is fantastic! He has assisted us with a furnace replacement in -30 weather and a/c repair in the dead of summer and is honest and very hardworking. Thank you Dean!

Very poor quality work, had to hire a different contractor to fix all the electrical, furnace and AC deficiencies they left behind! STAY AWAY

WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner is incredibly dishonest and absolutely cannot be trusted. Just look him up on the Better Business Bureau website. I certainly don't believe all the good reviews. Likely more dishonesty by him. I called him because our furnace wasn't working properly. He eventually made it to my house, and diagnosed it as having to replace the furnace main board and the thermostats. It was very cold outside and we had little heat. He showed up 4 hours late for the appointment, replaced the parts and left, billing me just under $1800.00. For a week, we tried getting the house to warm up. We thought we doing something wrong with the thermostats, as we were not familiar with them. We called him back, when the temperature was minus 24 degrees Celsius, and it was 13 degrees in our house. He was rude to my wife on the phone and hung up on her. We never heard from him again. We called another company in, as we were freezing, and he diagnosed the problem as being: the outside vent from the furnace was blocked by a piece of wood, the flame sensor needed to be cleaned and he blew out a trap. He said the issues with the furnace had absolutely nothing to do with the board or thermostats, therefore he replaced those parts and billed me almost $1800.00 completely wrongly. Not one single part needed to be replaced. He 100% misdiagnosed our problem. There were multiple times when he said he would call back, which he didn't. I emailed him, asking for a refund on the misdiagnosed work he completed. Not shocking - I got no reply. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. If he replies to this review with excuses and justifications, it makes him look worse than it already does. This is a 100% truthful and accurate review. Have a deep look at google reviews as well as Better Business Bureau reviews. This is not the first time he has pulled this. Google the owner by his name, not the name of the business, as he changes business names frequently to stay ahead of the poor reviews.

My furnace went out overnight and within 2 hours of calling Dean, he arrived at my house. He quickly detected the issue, switched out the part, and I was up and running within an hour. He was very professional and courteous and the cost for an emergency service call was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!
