We recently replaced 5 big windows with GTA Direct and we were super happy throughout the entire process. We had gotten quotes from other companies but they tried to sell us stuff we didn't need (e.g. triple pane glass, replacing windows that didn't need replacing, etc.). Alex at GTA Direct was really honest with us and helped us make good decisions for our house. We really trusted him. The installers were very professional - they did an excellent job and left our house super clean. Our house was immediately much warmer and the new windows look great. We're so happy we chose GTA Direct and would absolutely recommend them to others.

We replaced our drafty double doors with a new extra wide door and a sidelite from GTA Direct in the fall of 2023. We knew what we wanted and got a few quotes but chose GTA Direct because in addition to being reasonably priced, they were professional/respectful, great communicators and patient as I had one last quote lined up. Both Alex the salesperson/owner and Alex the installer were wonderful to work with. We've received many compliments about the new door and recommended them to many friends.

This company has done my front door. They did it professionally and precisely. Their main highlight was their communication skills. They kept me informed throughout the process. The installation took 5-6 hours. Very hard working people.

I called them about 2 months ago to provide me with a consultation regarding my entrance door. Alex was very professional and informed of my 2 choices. We recently purchased our home and two of our exterior doors badly needed replacing. I couldnt be happier that we chose to go with this company. Alex was so responsive and arranged for an initial quote within a matter of days. His team was extremely professional and our doors were installed in a matter of just a couple hours. Truly impressed with this Company. From the moment, I signed up for a free estimate to the completed install, I have had such a positive experience with them. They really make the time for their customers by answering all their questions and concerns. On their first visit we had two guys who showed up to advised us about their products and address all our questions and concerns. Once we picked the product we liked, they scheduled their installer to come measure our front entrance. When the installer Andriy showed up for the measurements he explained how we could get a bigger door and how he would make our front entrance look perfect. And finally on the installation day, he and another installer did a very clean and nice install.

I was really impressed with their excellent customer service and communications through out the process. Their products are reasonably priced, and we absolutely love our front door. We went through a few companies and quotes (including Home Depot) and what made us decide on them was that they actually value you as customer and is willing to make time for you. And once the install was complete, we had the Owner Alexander reach out to us to see how everything went and if we had any concerns.

We will definitely be using them when we get our windows changed.

Dealing with Alex was an easy and simple process. From start to finish everything was smooth and flawless. The front door and back sliding door we ordered are beautiful and we are very happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend the service.

I initially purchased a front door from Alex in Fall 2022 and the door was beautiful. Alex is very patient and professional and the door was just amazing. This Spring I needed to change my windows and after shopping around, I finally decided to go with GTA Direct again for my windows, the primary motivator wasnt price but quality and the service. I had A LOT of questions and Alex was very patient while I compared prices/product quality/specs with competitors. He answered all my questions and I felt that this company was the best option for my windows. GTA Direct didnt disappoint, the team installed my windows on Wednesday May 31 and we love it.
