Alex and his team were so wonderful to work with. From the consultation to the installation everything was seamless and pleasurable. The 2 windows, patio door and front entryway door(which will be installed when reno complete) were not only a great price but very well made and a beautiful addition to my renovation. I am extremely pleased and will be a returning customer for any future window/door needs.

They had the shortest lead times of from any previous quotes we have gotten and they a wide selection of doors. Arie did the instal and he was awesome. Alex was a pleasure to work with and his team did an amazing job installing the new front door and left the job site clean.

When I finally decided to replace the annoying sliders to the back deck in the spring of 2021, GTA was a natural fit as the owner lives in my neighbourhood and I knew friends/neighbours who were very pleased. I was not disappointed with the service or the fact that the doors were ready about two weeks before I was told they would be ready. Installation was fast and courteous, and done very well!

GTA Direct Windows and Doors installed 2 doors for us. One side-door and one back sliding glass door. Alex was great throughout the whole process, from our initial discussion to the last stage which was installing the doors. He was great in communication. Every question and concern I had was answered quickly and patiently. My text messages and phone called were returned promptly.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job at replacing two large windows and two small windows with trims installed and caulking done within 6 hours.

In a space where supply is restricted- the GTA team kept us up to date on material and scheduled time with us diligently. It was an absolute pleasure to have them in our busy home installing the windows in such a short time frame :)
