I initially purchased a front door from Alex in Fall 2022 and the door was beautiful. Alex is very patient and professional and the door was just amazing. This Spring I needed to change my windows and after shopping around, I finally decided to go with GTA Direct again for my windows, the primary motivator wasnt price but quality and the service. I had A LOT of questions and Alex was very patient while I compared prices/product quality/specs with competitors. He answered all my questions and I felt that this company was the best option for my windows. GTA Direct didnt disappoint, the team installed my windows on Wednesday May 31 and we love it. The windows are beautiful !!!! The team is professional, Alexi and team was fast, the product quality looks superior, just beautiful !!!! Alex thank you for being so courteous and professional.

Believe the hype! These guys are top notch. To say they did a thorough job would be an understatement; they took our old windows and doors out (in some cases, right down to the original 1950's brick) and did a proper installation, removing decades of subpar work in the process and improving the insulation around each frame. The house is now much cozier and quieter thanks to the new windows and doors. Alex is extremely responsive to requests and inquiries.

They had excellent reviews and were reasonably priced. The installation process was fast and smooth flowing. They showed up on time, respected my home making sure to keep the work space clean. The end results are fantastic, clean, and beautiful updated looks. The new entrance door and patio sliding doors were a perfect addition to our house to give it an updated look!! Customer service is top notch! Products are excellent quality! And the owner Alex is very pleasant and attentive

very happy with our new doors (front and patio). From start to finish, the experience was without issue. They were prompt, friendly, professional beyond words, and we were very happily surprised. Would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking for new window and doors. Ari the installer was superb to work with. I loved that he was detailed minded, courteous, and cleaned up everything. Left the house as they found it and beautiful with the new additions. MY kind of reno !!!
