I engaged the services of Grout Repair.ca to replace water-damaged bathroom walls and retile them. Chris, King and Ching worked hard and conscientiously in challenging conditions (a very small bathroom) to create a beautiful shower with bevelled tiles I picked out (which I was informed later are difficult to work with. ) The project was done on time and in budget. I would certainly recommend the services of Grout Repair.ca and Chris, KIng and Ching. They did a spectacular job!

Al was great. He was was friendly and fun to work with. Al had an extremely challenging job installing duct work in a small, cramped century home. He employed great skill and ingenuity in seeing we had a safe and properly installed heating system. I would recommend the services of FAS without hesitation.

4 people working in very tight quarters can be...challenging. Older homes can be quite unique to work on thats for sure. Rest assured, everything is now updated, and up to local code, or better :) . Thank you for the kind words i'm glad you like our work.

Lee had to work in challenging conditions. We own a small, century old house in the east-end of Toronto which is not in the best state of repair. Lee and his crew performed some tricky rewiring and installed new cabinets, a counter and an exhaust hood. He also fixed some water damaged flooring and even hung a chandelier for us - all with out very much much room to work in. We found Lee to be conscientious, personable and honest. We are very happy with our redone kitchen and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

I live in an old house and our basement shower drain backed up when the main floor toilet was flushed. My first experience was with a company endorsed by television celebrity. Perhaps it was the unprepossessing appearance of my house (or of myself,) but the rather brusque technician seemed anxious to leave as soon as he arrived. After an extremely cursory inspection he suggested I call another company because it would be "cheaper." Puzzled and a little offended, I called Drainworks next. I would have to say the experience was quite positive. Matt the technician arrived within the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem and carefully outlined my options. He was knowledgeable, respectful and quickly found and removed the blockage - a tree root - from my drain. I appreciate that Matt took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and I learned a lot of interesting things about drains, clogs and pipes during the process. As I understand it, Drainworks has a force of permanent salaried employees rather than ones working under contract or commission. This probably makes for a less pressurized environment and lessens the temptation to up-sell on the part of the tradesman. In any case, I am pleased that Matt remedied a stressful and unpleasant problem in such a timely and gentlemanly fashion.
