I had a great experience with Maydone Appliance Repair. The team was incredibly easy to work with, and communication was smooth throughout the process. They scheduled my service calls right away. The technicians arrived promptly, were very respectful, and took the time to explain the issues with our appliances before fixing them. Their pricing is very reasonable too.

Technician was on time and very professional. We recently moved and inherited appliances so hired Maydone to evaluate their condition. He was very thorough and explained things well and also provided some great tips to keep them in good condition.

Our tech, Vitalli, was very friendly, personable, and seemed thorough and honest. He efficiently assessed our oven and got it up and running again with a simple part replacement, which was less than what we had anticipated. Explained the issue in detail, and made some helpful maintenance suggestions.

Maydone came within 2 hours. Also helped with finding new one as repairs would have been too costly.

The technician (Alexey) that serviced the appliance was professional and patient answering all questions I had. A real contrast to my last experience with a different company.

Gas oven required a new regulator that needed to be replaced . Initially thought it was an ignitor needing replaced but found that igniter was fine. The technicians were thorough in determining the cause of the oven not igniting.
Unfortunately the part was on back order for 6 weeks from LG and costly to replace. The part came in and the same technicians returned to complete the service. (They were brothers from Ukraine and did an excellent job. I do not recall their names . )
I would call on Maydone again if I had other appliance issues.

Request on Home Stars, onsite diagnoses, parts ordered and unit repaired in less than 48 hours. Max was extremely helpful organizing everything. The tech (Igor?) was extremely professional and pleasant in all aspects. We had a lingering concern after a few days so we reached out to Max who arranged for the same tech to do a follow up at a very quick and convenient time for us. Tech was wonderful again, takin in our feedback before investigate and making two tweaks that resolved both concerns. Very good value despite being a little more expensive than other quotes we got... 48 hour resolution even thought replacement parts had to be ordered really helped minimize the interruption to our business.

My dishwasher stopped working suddenly, and Ramon came the next day to diagnose the issue. He was able to fix it right away, and quoted me a very fair price for the work. He was friendly, professional and thorough, and also gave me some good tips on maintenance and things to look out for in the future. I would definitely call him again for any future problems!
