Maydone Appliance Repair

I just moved into a newly built condo to find that my new oven did not work. Vitali came on a service call to assess. He told me he would order a number of parts so that he would be able to ensure that the oven would be fixed upon his next visit.
He basically had to take apart the appliance to get to the root of the problem. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company and, specifically, Vitali

Based on just a phone call describing the problem, the technician walked in with the needed parts and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes for the warranty repair

Team arrived EXACTLY at start of window. They were very friendly and took care of everything including tidying up which is rare in my experience with Contractors. They did a great job very efficiently. I would highly recommend.

Samsung built-in, I spent more then 1/2 year trying to have it fixed.

Had water leaking from bottom, I couldnt figure it out, assumed it was simple- it was
Maydone came saw issue- diagnosed in 5 minutes
Was a damaged water line under fridge.
Although simple to diagnose, location was tricky and he went and got parts right away and fixed right away. I would have struggled.
Just 20 bucks in parts but making wife happy was priceless so while 250 seems high for work done, with quick response- getting parts and fixed fast - overall worth it.

The other company that I had contacted before did not do a correct diagnosis and was going to charge me 5 times more for something which I realized would not be fixing my issue. I am very satisfied with Maydone service. Alex was a very experienced and professional technician who explained the steps he would take to address the issue and he was right on his diagnosis.
