Maydone Appliance Repair

Called Whirlpool and was referred to Maydone to schedule a repair for our Kitchen aid gas oven. Igor was professional and respectful and was able to diagnose the problem and repair it as quickly as he could source the necessary part.

Very impressed with the technician. Professional, courteous and honest. Response to service request was fast and made to suit my schedule.

We received a used but functional dishwasher from a friend, and had Maydone swap it out with our older one. The process was terrific from the initial Messenger exchange with dispatch (could send photos, talk about what was going on) to the scheduling (next day) to the price (~250 all in). And Alex, the technician was super. Kind, funny, knowledgeable. The process was actually fun.

The water wouldnt drain and the technician was very helpful and quick, the repair and fix was smooth and very efficient. The tech even checked later to see if everything was working fine to confirm if the job was done thoroughly.

I got a booking for a repair person to come the next day. Vitalii was a bit late for the appointment because he was still working another job. He quickly diagnosed the issue and happened to have the replacement part needed in the truck at the time. He got the part installed and my fridge working again very quickly. He was friendly and professional.

The work was more expensive than I was expecting even with a $30 discount, though I'm not familiar with what the going rate to replace a dead circuit board on a fridge is. Having said that, my fridge is working again and I was happy with Vitalii's work.

I had to follow up with Maydone a few days later to get an itemized invoice of the work that was done as it was not emailed to me the following day as I was told to expect. Their billing department did email me the invoice after I followed up.

Overall I'm happy with the experience.

These guys were amazing. Showed up on time, very professional, had the right tools and fixed the problem. They are definitely my new go to guys for appliance repairs.

Sent an e mail requesting service on Tuesday evening. Received a phone call booking the appointment for the next afternoon within 30 minutes of the on line request.
Max the technician called 20 minutes before arriving, repaired the dryer and reviewed the washer with some suggestion. He even had a quick look at our older model fridge on his way out and made suggestions we could carry out ourselves. Fantastic service. I would have no hesitation to strongly recommend this superb service.

Range was stuck in locked out mode. Called another appliance repair who said they would call me back in 2 days!!
Contacted maydone instead. Same day service repaired the stove. Amal (technician) was friendly and professional.

We had an issue with our KitchenAid range hood motor malfunctioning. Maydone Appliance repair sent over Vitali who was courteous and thorough in his assessment of our appliance and gave us an honest estimate for our repair/replacement options.
After further inspection he was able to reset the device and had it functioning again.
