I was very satisfied with the promptness of Maydons response to my request. The technician Vitalii was very thorough on assessing my Kitchen Aid fridge ice maker which wasnt working. He was able to figure out what the problem was and had the solution. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing so I could understand the problem. I would definitely recommend Maydon.

I had the misfortune of my fridge not working. Whirlpool send Maydone to service the fridge. They were on time, and professional. They quoted me a price to diagnose the problem, and then a price to fix the problem, and did the job for the price quoted.

I had Igor come and service my washing machine, which stopped working. Unfortunately due to parts being discontinued, he wasn't able to get it up and running. However, Maydone did help me source a suitable replacement unit, which was no easy task, given that we had a very small staircase leading down to our basement.
Experience was great, start to finish. Igor was punctual, honest and referred me for support and the team at the office went above and beyond to help me find a replacement.

MayDone replied quickly and the technician, Alexey, was very helpful. Another company told me that my dishwasher was broken, could not be fixed, and I should throw it out and buy another one. We called MayDone for a second opinion, and Alexey found there was nothing wrong with it, installed it correctly, and now it's working well. Thank you for saving us the cost of a new dishwasher!
