Nordik Windows And Doors

Existing window was large & overlapped into the bathroom. It had to be filled in & replaced with a 16 window. The rest of the old window was covered up with drywall over insulation, with a siding on the outside.

Great communication from start to finish. Crew was on time and did a great job.

Great sales rep, great installation, great product. Had a problem with a window and Ive been waiting 7 months for Nordik to replace, they has cancelled 5 times on me. Ive heard a wide range of excuses from they manufactured the same window that was a mistake, to it was in one location and supposed to be another (X2), from our tech has left the company, lastly they forgot my screens that didnt happen with my installation. I would not recommend Nordik solely based on their extremely poor customer service. They dont seem to care that every time they cancel people have taken time away from work for a no show.

I was impressed by Rick's professionalism and the cost I was able to negotiate for the replacement windows. Rick was transparent throughout the decision making process in terms of cost, upcharges and available grants. Rick kept in touch and was never pushy. It was a positive experience overall.

Windows are wonderful but they forget about you when it comes to following through on their warranty

We've been looking to replace our front door and so excited that finally we are getting it done! Stephanie was great in helping and tweaking until we came up with our perfect door... can't wait to see it all completed. I'm very satisfied with the work they made during COVID when they changed all the windows in the main floor. Andrew was friendly and explained the process clearly in purchasing and installing the new windows. There was loose lock in one of the windows and we just notify the company and they came as soon as they can to fix it.

Great service and products! We replaced one old window and two old exterior doors, and the difference in quality and insulation is incredible!
