I was looking to get a few quotes to replace 2 windows. One company had a minimum of 3 windows, another had a minimum $3k job. A third, one of the big players, did book an appt. I even received both an email and a phone call the day prior to confirm. They never showed and never contacted me or responded to me.
Nordik told me no job too small. So I booked an appt with them. Katiely was my rep. She gave me all the facts, the costs, the payment schedules and was not pushy at all. Everyone from the get go has been pleasant to deal with. The time frame was 5 months but I was pleasantly surprised when the installation was 2 months after the order. Katiely was in the area the day of so she even stopped by to see how things were going.
There was an error with the frosting on one of the windows but Nordik has been on the ball with their communication and the panes are scheduled to be replaced within the next couple of weeks.
My house is very old and the walls are not level, making the finishing around the windows challenging for the installers. They were making sure that the windows were level both vertically and horizontally using lasers. Where the new window would start flush with the wall on one corner ends up not flush at all at the other corner. There was already over 1/4 inch of caulkng to fill gaps behind sections of the old frames to start with. The windows themselves look great. I wasn't going to ask them to install the windows crooked to match the crooked walls.... so I have to accept the imperfections.
Given that I practically didn't have any options to choose from due to the small scale job, I'm happy with the service that I've received so far from Nordik. My new windows are a great improvement, I am very happy with them.

Its been 14 months since original order and 5 months since installation and the job is still not finished. Order was delayed 5 months, installation was terrible and required me to spend over $500 on a separate contractor to clean up the mess they made. I am still missing trim pieces so have exposed plywood. Service appointment never fulfilled and I only get an email or response when I leave a negative review.

Eric was a pleasent to deal with. Quite knowledgeable. He helped me work through the products available to meet our needs.

Top notch people to deal with from the Salesman (Nidal) to the Installer (Chris).
The new door was a perfect fit, unlike the previous company, and the attention to detail on the installation finishing was spot on.

Start to finish, was a great experience and the pricing was competitive. Skylar who did the quote was very friendly and professional. Larry who did the installation was excellent!

The windows are extremely cheap quality. The installers rushed and didnt complete the job. Apparently the wrong size windows were ordered. They were scheduled for two days of installation of 8 windows.
After installing 3 they said they wont be back. The screens were ripped the edges were sharp, the windows dont fit, they dont slide smoothly and the aluminum trim outside was a mess.
I phoned the company the following day and couldnt get in touch with anyone. No one contacted me. There is no direct line to contact anyone and you wait on hold for at least 10 each call. Had to explain the situation every time I phoned even though I was assured they were taking care of it.
This was just the beginning it got much worse.
The response to my homestars review was the fastest Ive got a response from the company to date.
So take my advice and do not use this company.

Great installation. But service sucks. problems with kitchen window, unable to close lock, a safety/security issue, and one window squeals when opening.

Called today, told it would be 6 weeks for a service appointment.

6 weeks???? You call that service???
